That limited availability – which also meant you could only listen to artists under contract with Columbia – was part of the problem with the option, which died at the end of the model year.

So I’m saddened to hear that he not only died, but was murdered did so as a murder/suicide along with his wife and son in his home.

Hero was on my birthday. Well, not on my birthday, but on the day I had all my buddies over to drink and eat. Then GHII was released and a friend purchased it. Then another, then another, and then me. And now we rock (as hard as one can with a fake guitar).
About the time I was just about to 5 star the medium level, I started hearing rumors about an 80’s game. So me and the other 3 heros were all giddy like little kids about it. But at that time, all they were were rumors. I figured it was something that started on a message board and evolved out of a “I hope this happens” to a “This is what is being planned” rumor as message board posts often do.
Well, it looks like it isn’t a rumor. It is coming. On July 24th, we will be rocking to several 80’s songs that we know and in true Guitar Hero
fashion, several we have never heard of.

Lego to produce Indiana Jones sets 2007-06-28 20:36:20 Oh yeah! I was so totally impressed by the Harry Potter and Star Wars sets (didn’t buy them), but I may just have to get these for me my son.
The $9.99 to $79.99 price range is just about right for these things. Plus the fact that they are Lego and can be used to construct all kinds of other things makes it a bonus.
Lego did have an “Adventure” line a few years ago. While those looked OK, I hope these aren’t repackaged existing sets.
I never really outgrew Lego, I just never had the time to continue to build with them. So if I can get these and buy the Mindstorms set… the wife won’t know what to do with us.
