I’ve been on a never ending quest to find a shampoo that will keep my blonde highlights bright and shiny, and not turn them brassy. When I went to get touch ups a week ago, my stylist recommended Joico Color Endure Violet Shampoo. This shampoo has a very rich violet color. It is so pigmented that it actually looked like it was going to turn my hair violet. This stuff really looks like a hair dye in the bottle! The color is so strong because violet color tones blonde and gray hair, canceling out all brassy shades. It only needs to be used 2-3 times per week, and it works well with any type of conditioner. When I used this shampoo a week after I had my highlights redone, I really noticed a difference! My hair was more of a platinum blonde shade–not the brassy tone that it usually turned after I got it colored! This shampoo is definitely a keeper, and the price is amazing!
