Kids Fashion. My background in international marketing in the high-tech industry has allowed me to not only travel to many countries but also to relocate my family to new continents. Often when traveling I'd shop for unique designer children's clothing for my daughter which became quite a habit. People would ask me where they could buy a similar outfit. I'd explain "I found this great children's clothing designer in a local kids boutique store when I was abroad" and "It's too bad they aren't sold locally." This all changed with the Web... Today we are exposed to what I call "boutique beyond borders." We can buy international designer kids clothes through wonderful e-commerce sites located on different continents. But it's not so easy to find all of these boutique international kids clothing designers and designer kids clothing ecommerce sites.

Throughout our email correspondence, they had spoken numerous times about the “ladies” who work from home and I wanted to meet them and find out what they do for Bug Zoo.It was an eye opening experience to drive through one of the poorest townships in Cape Town, yet inspiring when I met the women there and spoke with them. Bug Zoo partners with Tamarind, a small company acting as a conduit for these highly skilled women in disadvantaged communities and retail companies.
