This final Stop of the Waterski & Wakeboard World Cup series, supported by the Singapore Sports Council, had it all - hot sunshine, 16,500 spectators, perfect water conditions, outstanding performances and a fair share of drama.

Thailand - Thai Military Launches Coup Against PM 2006-09-20 09:46:20
Dear all,
Obviously after the recent coup in Bangkok there is a desire for factual information on what is happening in Thailand
and holiday regions such as Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Koh Samui etc..
To sum things up at the present life goes on pretty much as normal. Children are having an unwelcome day off from school, but some of us are finding time to get other things done…. The Banks are getting yet another holiday, and any money in transit is delayed another day! There are a lot of smiling, smartly outfitted soldiers on street corners. There is a little less traffic on the roads which is also kind of nice. But that’s about it for now…
In any case please do not rely on television networks such as CNN or even BBC for unbiased news. Let us face it- good news to them is boring so no point in letting the truth get in the way of a good story! Did we ever learn that after the tsunami!
Watching BBC last night even as they were showing the speeches Read more:Military
Camera Speed Test - How fast is too fast? 2006-09-17 09:01:05 There is a common belief which I even believe that says - if you go fast enough infront of a speed camera the second shot the camera takes your car will not be present for the picture. It would be too far away for the camera to take a picture since it is going so fast. This was tested by Top Gear and you might find the result pretty surprising.

10 steps you can take to guarantee failure… 2006-10-26 17:26:59 In the hustle and bustle of this technologically packed world you may decide you really don't want to achieve any lasting success in your lifetime. Sure, you can find a lot of strategies and tips here that can help you increase your success rate. But what about the people who are perfectly happy not achieving anything? Is it fair that I keep pushing and prodding if someone is content leaving behind a legacy of debt and mediocrity? hmmm…maybe not. So this is for all the people who want to have goals but not achieve them.
1. Make your goals vague - When setting your goals, use adjectives such as "more" and "some" Goals like "I want to make more money" or "I want to lose some weight" virtually guarantee
your progress will be minimal. Be as wishy-washy as possible. And while you're at it, you might want to set a goal of getting a job doing something.
2. Make your goals difficult to visualize - A good way to do this is to keep changing your mind on the details of your Read more:steps

Thailand National Karting Championship - Rounds 6 & 7. 2006-11-13 07:22:53
The final race of the 2006 season !
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP, ROUND 7 AT BIRA !
The ThailandNational
Championship round 7 will be the last race for this exiting kart season. Originally planned for the Seacon Circuit in Bangkok, this event has now been moved to Bira as conditions at Seacon has become “too bumpy” for kart racing. The layout is expected to be similar to that of Round 6. Most class championship battles are by now settled, so this will be a race for fun, for glory of the day, for the season finale - so do come and enjoy this race weekend !
—
The Extreme Sports Cafe Racing team will be there competing, and also setting up our new chasis for next year, which will debut at this race, without the 2007 livery… This is a good opportunity to try some things out in a competitive environment, but with no real risk to our championship standings..
As we entered the championship too late to mount a serious challenge, and with a fledgling team, we are very happy Read more:Rounds
Lotus Exige 265E - Eco friendly and still really fast! Yummy! 2006-11-16 12:47:52 Now this is worth a look….
