Just to update all here… Dezinerfolio is coming up with a very Advanced Free Flash XML Gallery which I hope would be better than the current gallery under the Works section and also working on a new Theme for the current site.
The Gallery is still under development. Ideas are welcome.
Today I picked a Nikon D80 Digital SLR. Spent all my day to buy it.
First I was really confused whether to pick up a Canon 400D ( Rebel XTi ) or a Nikon D80. This article was very helpful for me to choose the D80. The Nikon D80, Canon 400D and the Sony Alpha 100 fall in the same range of Digital SLRs.
In this Kit included was an 18 - 135 Nikon lens and I picked a 70 - 300 Nikon Lens too.

Customizing the Theme before use:
Step 1 - Activate the theme
Activate the theme from the presentation tab
Step 2 - Activate the Plugins
Activate all the plugins from the Plugins tab as in the above image
Step 3 - Flickr Plugin ( Footer Option )
Enter your user ID and don’t forget to change the Before/After to “p” tags. If you don’t wish to use the flickr plugin, you have to remove the code from footer php file.
Step 4 - Footer

Ratatouille cooking up wonderful reviews! 2007-06-28 00:57:05
Disney Pixar’s latest featured animated film, “Ratatouille”, is doing amazingly well with critics, faring much better than last year’s “Cars”. The latest Brad Bird film, “Ratatouille” features cutting edge animation styles that takes over 200 animators and a few years to make.
The Disney site has posted plenty of clips on how they made these animations come to life, from having artists jump in a pool to understand how clothing sticks to the skin, to how the artists learned how chefs actually cooked in the kitchen, all these clips are worth a watch, especially if you are into animation and want to learn how Pixar focuses on the tiniest of details.
Ratatouille is currently getting a 92% on MetaCritic.com and 100% of freshness on RottenTomatoes.com and will be released this Friday, June 29th.

Compare all the CMS’ you want! 2007-07-10 12:50:11
There are tons of Content Management Systems out there. From free applications such as WordPress to commercial versions such as RedDot CMS, it is hard to choose which one suits your individual needs. When deciding on your CMS, you need to keep track of certain criteria. Of course this is not an exhaustive list, but it should build the ground work for where you or your company needs to go:
1. Time: This includes time for installation, setting up and writing up the content to go into the CMS.
2. $$$: How much are you willing to pay for this application? This should also include the cost of having individuals enter in data, or the services the CMS providers provide.
3. The backend: Keep track of what sort of backend the CMS requires. If it needs MS SQL, then chances are you’ll need to pay for that sort of database and you can forget about hosting on a Linux OS, at least to my knowledge. You also need to keep track of the skillset required to install and maintain said CMS’

This could be the first process of any logo creation. We choose to have something about nature with rich colors and came up with the concept of a Butterfly. Then came the color selection… we already had these colors in mind ( Blue - Green ) so directly implemented them.

Yes… Photoshop is any designers choice. Just using the pen tool and sketched out what was on out mind, applied the above gradients the the shapes with an inner glow of the same color ( darker tone ). You can get some amazing Web 2.0 Gradients of ours from here
