planet of the zers 0.9 released 2007-05-09 11:43:29 planet of the zers 0.9 script sample released. woooohoooooo, a fresh update for 'planet of the zers'. version 0.9 introduces a host of changes and amendments including a new beginning. this script is far from complete so should be seen as a work in progress. i'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions at the feedback forum. you may now download the 0.9 script sample here. work now begins on version 1.0 which i'm aiming to release within the next week. stranded second edition released 2007-03-28 17:16:03 stranded second edition paperback book released. i've decided to announce the release of stranded's second edition paperback today to celebrate a years passing since its first production. the second edition has a few minor formatting tweaks and technically is classed as an actors copy. once again i've decided to go with lulu, and an isbn number will be announced shortly. this version of 'stranded' will be released onto most major book seller websites over the next few months so i guess it's a case of watch this space! you can order your copy today if you fancy directly via lulu by clicking here. the original first edition has now been retired.

mort kicks off with a bang 2007-03-23 06:05:14 mort kicks off with a bang. show week has finally arrived for cast's latest stage play 'mort', and it has been an unusually quiet few months for me. traditionally, i would spend the final month of a show build up desperately learning lines, blocking, etc... yet i've found myself extremely relaxed playing the short cameo role of 'rincewind' and one or two other villager stand ins. this week everything went public and with good success. in fact, rarely do cast fail to deliver a decent show and mort certainly ticks the boxes. fancy coming down to see it? for more information on the production which runs through to saturday 24th march 2007, please feel free to visit cast's official website.

fees dropped! to celebrate the fast approaching publication release of 'stranded', i've decided to drop all related performance fees until further notice. so in the case of 'stranded' for example... amateur or stock production groups are now only required to purchase the physical paperback in order to perform the play. for a full breakdown of existing performance related interests, please be sure to check out the newly amended licensing agreement page.
planet of the zers 0.8 released 2006-11-14 13:24:28 planet of the zers 0.8 script sample released. yaay, my first major "potz" update since february 2006 and there are certainly a few changes to note. i've actually ended up cutting a couple of pages from the middle as it was rather lame. i've added some lines, changed some dialogue around, fixed some typos, reformatted some margins, and performed various other random tweaks throughout. be sure to look out for draft 0.9 coming shortly. i'd love to read your thoughts at the feedback forum. you can download 0.8 script sample here. release date announced. the official publication release date for 'stranded' onto both paperback and downloadable e-book will be Sunday 5th January 2007. From that point, copies may be purchased via various online bookstores of which i'll announce links to once the time comes. a full final final final final draft re-write is currently taking place to iron out any sillyness. Finer publication details such as the ISBN number, pricing ... etc ... shall also be announced here nearer to the time of release. Read more:stranded
