"Rapper Eve pleaded not guilty Tuesday to two drunken driving-related charges filed after she allegedly crashed her Maserati into a cement divider in Hollywood.
Eve, 28, whose full name is Eve Jeffers, had been formally charged with driving under the influence and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher, stemming from her arrest April 26.
If found guilty, she faces a maximum penalty of a $1,000 fine and six months in jail.

In this article posted in the People website, Pax Thien is now reportedly an official Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt after a Santa Monica court granted Brad’s partner Angelina Jolie’s request to have the 3-year old Vietnamese boy’s surname changed.
Pax now shares his other siblings’ surname. Brad and Angelina earlier adopted Maddox and Zahara. They also have a biological child, one year old Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt.

recently lauded President George Bush’s call for Congress to double the funding for the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief to a whopping $30 Billion.

In an article published in the People website, Angelina
Jolie’s latest adopted child, Pax, is now officially Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt. The 3-year old boy was adopted in March from an orphanage in Vietnam.
Angelina initially adopted Pax on her own (since it was difficult for unmarried couples to adopt under Vietnamese law) but in April, the Hollywood star officially requested before a court that the boy’s surname be changed to Jolie-Pitt.
Pax is the third adopted child of Angelina and partner Brad Pitt. Maddox and Zahara were also adopted. Shiloh Nouvel (who just turned one recently!) is the only biological child of Angie and Brad.
This is such great news for the family!

The Jolie-Pitt family celebrated Shiloh Nouvel’s first birthday in their rented home in Prague, Czech Republic on May 27. Mommy Angelina’s currently filming “Wanted” with Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy there (do you think they were in Shiloh’s birthday party, too?) She was, however, on hand at around 2 pm to catch up with her precious daughter’s birthday activities.
“I was contacted by the bodyguards,” Katarina Rozsivalova of Prague’s Balon Servic (a balloon service) tells the magazine.

Gee, that sounds like something that we have never seen before. The film is slated to start filming this summer in NY. McPhee appeared early this season in a cameo role on Ugly Betty. She is also scheduled to sing at a Hillary Clinton fundraiser tomorrow.
“This is the first thing that I read that I really wanted to do,” said McPhee, who added that the role doesn’t involve singing. “I’m up for a couple of big studio projects, but they weren’t starring roles. I wanted to start off doing something a little different. It’s something that a lot of people wouldn’t expect me doing.”

Obviously, these photos are disturbing and they will probably effect Vanessa’s reputation, but then again hanging with Lohan will probably hurt your reputation. I don’t know of a bigger train wreck than Lindsay Lohan. ADVICE TIME: If you care about your career and future reputation, do not allow pictures to be taken of you and a known party animal with knives.
