2007-05-06 11:56:00
The American Police State Shows Its True ColorsLos Angeles May Day 2007Without warning, cops descended into a park full of families, homeless and handicapped individuals and street cart vendors. They were merciless. For the next 30 minutes, hundreds of activists and bystanders were shot, beaten by night sticks and run out of the park. The police had no intention of entertaining requests from people who were not able to move quickly enough. They were forcefully hit on the legs until they were immobile. The cops didn't only move people out of the perimeters of the park, they chased through the park firing at anyone who might have been an obstacle. Many people were shot at from the back.Children and entire families were being violently pushed or beaten. Was 911 Engineered For Political Gain?
2007-05-08 19:48:00
As sick as it seems, it wouldn't be the first time a US administration has furthered its own political ambitions through attacks on American citizens. The idea of using civilian casualties for political gain was codified in *Operation Northwoods, a 1960's plan by top US military brass to orchestrate terrorism in American cities and blame it on Castro, thereby creating public support for a war with Cuba.More recently, the September 2000 neocon guidebook, *Rebuilding America's Defenses, claims some catastrophic and catalyzing event - like a new Pearl Harbor would help speed up the process of transforming the US into tomorrow's dominant force. The Pentagon BuildingConsider this 911 Footage that disappeared from the media - Ultra-rare news footage from the crash site of United Flight 93 which has never been seen again since 9/11 ...As General Smedley Butler's book *War is a Racket put it - (Quote:) War has always been a racket. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, sur

Will American Global Dominance End In 2020?
2006-04-11 01:35:00
Culture rather than technology will determine which countries will have the cutting edge. Manufacturing will no longer be the key to economic success. China will become the world's largest economy. The US must overcome its law-and-order problems to survive. Japan's rise will peak. The environment, the role of government, technology and natural resources, as well as the costs of social disintegration, will contribute to this new competitive landscape. The likely emergence of China and India as new major global players—similar to the advent of a united Germany in the 19th century and a powerful United States in the early 20th century, will transform the geopolitical landscape with impacts potentially as dramatic as those in the previous two centuries.India and China will increasingly flex powerful political and economic muscles as major new global players by 2020, an in-house CIA think tank has said, likening the rise of the two countries to the emergence of the United States as a wor

Firestorm Coming

Clash of CivilizationsInstantly, instinctively, and unrelentingly, the American establishment has framed the attacks of September 11, 2001, in the language of a clash of civilizations. The Islamic terrorists attacked America because they hate our highest values, our freedoms, our way of life, our civilization.President Bush wasted no time in defining the language of this discourse in his first speech on September 11, 2001. “Today,” he opened his speech, “our fellow citizens, our way of life, our very freedom came under attack in a series of deliberate and deadly terrorist acts.” This thesis was hammered home again. “America was targeted for attack because we're the brightest beacon for freedom and opportunity in the world.”The President informs us, “why do they hate us?” His answer is clearly stated. “They hate what we see right here in this chamber – a democratically elected government. Their leaders are self-appointed. They hate our freedoms – our freedom of re

Today's Top American Dissident
2006-02-22 18:53:00
Colonel David Hackworth: A Great American Hero He was a harsh critic of inexperienced, ivory tower officers. Over 26 years he spent fully seven in combat. He was put in for the Medal of Honor three times; the last application is currently under review at the Pentagon. He was twice awarded the Army’s second highest honor for valor, the Distinguished Service Cross, along with 10 Silver Stars and eight Bronze Stars. When asked about his many awards, he always said he was proudest of his eight Purple Hearts and his Combat Infantryman’s Badge. A reputation won on the battlefield made it impossible to dismiss him when he went on the attack later as a critic of "careerism and incompetence in the military high command.”Hackworth left the military in 1971 and predicted that the Vietnam War was not winnable. He even accurately predicted the year that Saigon would fall. In the 1990s Hackworth joined in the battle over Gulf War Syndrome. For the first four years after the Gulf War, the milit

The Real Reason For War In Iraq
2006-01-30 12:40:00
Iraq War Design1) Secure U.S./U.K. oil supplies before and after global Peak Oil.2) To have a large military presence to "dissuade" other oil-producers from moving towards the euro as an oil transaction currency. These are the crucial elements for maintaining U.S. dominance over the world economy. Early USA Energy Security Analysis ReportAs early as April 1997, a report from the James A. Baker Institute of Public Policy at Rice University addressed the problem of "energy security" for the United States, and noted that the US was increasingly threatened by oil shortages in the face of the inability of oil supplies to keep up with world demand. In particular the report addressed "The Threat of Iraq and Iran" to the free flow of oil out of the Middle East. The report, *Strategic Energy Policy Challenges for the 21st Century, concluded: "The United States remains a prisoner of its energy dilemma. Iraq remains a de-stabilizing influence to ... the flow of oil to international markets from th

US Press Strangely Silent On Brzezinski’s Warnings
2007-05-15 07:15:00
US Press Silent on Brzezinski’s Warnings Of War Against IranWatch the video ...Former National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Brzezinski predicts provoking war with Iran. He calls the Iraq War a Historic, Strategic and Moral Calamity. If the United States continues to be bogged down in a protracted bloody involvement in Iraq, the final destination on this downhill track is likely to be a head-on conflict with Iran and with much of the world of Islam at large.A plausible scenario for a military collision with Iran involves Iraqi failure to meet the benchmarks; followed by accusations of Iranian responsibility for the failure; then by some provocation in Iraq or a terrorist act in the U.S. blamed on Iran; culminating in a "defensive" U.S. military action against Iran that plunges a lonely America into a spreading and deepening quagmire eventually ranging across Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Why is the US press silent on Brzezinski

Why Bin Laden Attacked America
2007-05-19 03:02:00
Behind the Bin LadenAttack On America The story starts over 60 years ago with the CIA, and the secret history is now documented by John Stockwell, (former CIA Station Chief in Angola in 1976, working for then Director of the CIA, George Bush) ...He spent 13 years in the agency. He is the highest level CIA officer to testify to the Congress about his actions. He estimates that over 6 million people have died in CIA covert actions, and this was in the late 1980's.The United States CIA is running 50 covert actions (1987), destabilizing further almost one third of the countries in the world today ....John Stockwell intelligence gatherer and task force commander goes public ...The CIA funded itself through the drug tradeWhen the Nicaraguan contras began to covertly fund their war against the Sandanistas by selling drugs and guns to California street gangs, the Central Intelligence Agency turned a blind eye. While black neighborhoods were being ravaged by the crack cocaine plague, CIA opera

This is an example of how stupid and arrogant some Americans are, (he is actually Canadian but wants to be American,) and I will take issue with this crap and my comments will be in red because that is what I see from the American side as expressed here ... U.S. can sit back and watch Europe implode(Europe can sit back and watch the USA implode)February 27, 2005BY MARK STEYN SUN-TIMES COLUMNIST(by EuroYank not a Sun-Times Columnist)A week ago, the conventional wisdom was that George W. Bush had seen the error of his unilateral cowboy ways and was setting off to Europe to mend fences with America's ''allies.''(by conventional European wisdom George W. Bush came to Europe to beg for financial aid because he had realized his earlier snobbery would bare no fruit.)I think not. Lester Pearson, the late Canadian prime minister, used to say that diplomacy is the art of letting the other fellow have your way. My Nightmare ... Living With Death and Leaving the USA
2005-02-25 04:12:00
PrefaceLove, Life, Death ... Living with Death with someone you Love, especially if it was with your mother, is a nightmare that never ends, even when the Life ended.Leukemia is a slow death. It can lead to many amputations. Legs, arms, other things that one is born with go missing. My mother's Death Lived seven years.I was ill prepared to handle it, but I managed seven years. The process came at a time in my life which had also been on the decline for at least a decade. When I again entered my mother's dying Life, my divorce was over, my car was dead, my profession selling insurance could no longer be managed ... I entered my mother's dying Life when my Life had reached its productive end.I should start at the beginning of this. Reflecting now is why I started this Blog. After the pain is somewhat distant, one can think about things. Analyse what went wrong. My tale is intertwined with other lives. From birth your life is your own, but not alone, as it is throughout Life. Your life, l
