I truly like traveling in Malaysia . The country is politically stable and I don't feel scared when traveling around. The climate is just nice for you to travel anywhere and everywhere at anytime. Kota Kinabalu Holiday Countdown

Hi All.Just a quick update to tell all of you how excited I am. I'll be going to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia for our coming anniversary. It's our second anniversary. We are treating this holiday as our honeymoon trip. We have been saving for this vacation and best of all, some of it comes from blogging!We'll be going there on the second week of September. Right now, I am doing my research about Kota Kinabalu. We will not be there long since I am currently engaged with a very important project. However, both of us thought that it's just the best length of time to spend there since we wanted to spoil ourselves at two 5 star hotels there. Can't afford to be there too long though. Erm.. Maybe massage and spa, perhaps.So, till then, I hope that I'll be able to update this blog not long from today. I just can't wait to go shopping at the Philippine market and buy some nice pearls and crystals for myself and my family. See ya'.

Kota Kinabalu Holiday Countdown Part 2

Over the weekend, we have made payment via our travel agency on bookings of the hotels I have mentioned before. We spent some moments discussing, and we have decided to stay at Nexus Karambunai Resort located in Tuaran (just a little bit outside of Kota Kinabalu) and Le Meridian which is in the heart of Kota Kinabalu.Though at first I have read some bad reviews on the internet, but after talking to my some of my friends who have actually stayed there and had marvelous time, both of us told ourselves, "Why not? Let's see how good this so called 5 star hotel can offer us". (Deep down, I both prayed that our friends were right about everything - they told us the hotel is just perfect for holiday - the view, the room, the food, et cetera). Of course, all except for the price, compared to other hotels!So here's some pictures I have managed to get from the official web site of Nexus Resort Karambunai (it's also ideal for people who loves golfing). Awesome Holiday At Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (Part 2)

So here's the report for our trip to Kota Kinabalu (Part 2).We stayed at Le Meridian, Kota Kinabalu. The hotel faces the sea so we were lucky to watch the sunset from from our room. It's very convenient to stay at this hotel since Meridian is situated right across the Philippine market where you get to purchase pearls and crystals at very cheap (err..not so if you choose the bulky ones..Lol) prices. While at night time, you get to go to the night market and taste local food and buy other stuff.Staying at Meridian also means easy access to seafood (in fact various types of food) as the seafood restaurants are also situated just around the corner. However, we picked to walk just approximately 200 meters from the hotel to enjoy delicious seafood by the sea at a very cheap price. When I say it's cheap, IT IS CHEAP..!! Ermm..I wonder what was our cholesterol reading when we finally finished with our dinner.Anyway, a piece of advice when booking the room hotel, try to book the room that

Hi All.My millions apology for updating this blog a little bit late. Anyway, here's my report for my holiday.The words I would use to describe my holiday would be SPLENDID, EXCITING and GREAT..!! I enjoyed every minute there (including my sleep..).Our first destination was Nexus Resort Karambunai, Sabah , Malaysia . We had no trouble getting there since my aunt was there to pick us up and send us there. The journey took approximately 30 minutes from the airport.So here are some pictures I have taken.In front of the hotel lobbyOur very comfortable bed (had a very good night sleep)Nice bathroom - One of the most important criteria for both of usGetting ready for the bubble bath - mr.ular's most favorite part!And...here he is enjoying his momentLater, we have decided to have a look around the resort (hunting for food for tonight's dinner). Oh, this is just in front of the lobby facing the seaNice beach. Very nice. We went swimming the next morning at 6.15 am! Enjoyed every moment there.

Nexus Karambunai, Kota KinabaluLe Meridian Kota KinabaluHi All.Okay, we are all set for tomorrow's journey. Already called Nexus Karambunai and Le Meridian reservation to double check our room bookings and ensure both rooms come with King Size beds. Thanked God our travel agency got it all right, so far so good.Luggage checked. Swimsuits and goggles checked. Dinner attire checked (Oh, we read in one of the comments from the hotel's guests that one of the hotel restaurants doesn't allow jeans).We are both excited. Erm..my parents will be sending us to the airport tomorrow morning (they volunteered and we just agreed with it since it's early in the morning). Both of us won't be bringing our laptops so it's a holiday until Monday. Hopefully I'll get to blog on Tuesday if my office workload is not too heavy (hahaha..I doubt).So Kota Kinabalu.. Here we come!
