Review from IMDB I had the video for quite some time, hesitant to watch it because i feared it would be a tired, wishy-washy romance movie. My expectations aside, Sekai no chûshin de, ai wo sakebu turned out to be an engrossing movie. The two young actors are excellent, it was the actor who played the young Saku that kept me engrossed throughout. The plot is maybe a bit clichéd and hollow in some places, but still the relationship is believable and the acting took my mind off the plot line. The ending left some open ends and i wish it could have been done a little differently, but this is a movie worth watching. This one had me teared up in places, although at times the movie was overly sentimental and melodramatic. Radio Star is a story about a washed-out singer Choi Gon and his agent Park Min Soo. Choi Gon was a superstar in the 80s, yet in the present year 2006, his only job is singing at a second rate cafe. His manager Min Soo spends his hours covering up for all the drunk driving and illegal drug cases that Choi Gon blew. When he runs out of ideas to borrow money, the only solution for Choi Gon is to become a radio DJ in the small town of YongWol.
