These are generally over four stories high & have pistons larger than some of the small cars. To save time & fuel cost (as it takes a ton to restart these engine) they are run continuously. And for the same reasons they do have the access into the cylinder walls so for overhauling the workers can get inside the engine while it is running. .Tanks that are invincible most of the time are not so always. Here we have a few which have gone off the road, got struck in mud, some in water, & some even are climbing the other tanks while others are on civilian cars. .Now that these equipments like laptop, cell phone, pocket PC & all the other stuff which have become integral part of our lives & when something of this sort happens with it, it doesn't go down easily!This is what happened to Apple iBook laptop which was left unattended for sometime. The most probable cause would be overheating of laptop battery.And this one is of Dell laptop & again the problem turns out to be of overheating batteries.Here is another one of the Dell laptops wherein much of the battery compartment isn't left. This!Just think of it, can you handle this happening around you once every four-five years? These are the photos taken by Sven Sandberg during the summer of 2005 in Flogsta/Hamberg, a district in Uppsala, about 60 km north of Stockholm, Sweden.It seems this sort of a thing happens once every four-five years here, though it appears every summer in more moderate quantities. As it's a big colony, which means in the long run there wont be enough food for most of them, the population is kind of self-controlled.Its looking like these things have a special liking for the bikes.
