Google aquired DoubleClick today for $3.1 Billion

Google announced today that they acquired DoubleClick for $3.1 billion in cash. That is almost double the ammount that was paid for YouTube acquisition. And the ammount of money explains it all. DoubleClick is rated at a revenue of $300 million/year. The combination of Google and DoubleClick will offer superior tools for targeting, serving and analyzing online ads of all types, significantly benefiting customers and consumers: For users, the combined company will deliver an improved experience on the web, by increasing the relevancy and the quality of the ads they see. For online publishers, the combination provides access to new advertisers, which creates a powerful opportunity to monetize their inventory more efficiently. Did you notice the new adsense ads?? Well something seems different but at the start I couldn’t tell what. Until I saw here what is happening. Google has changed their ad units into a ’spring clean’ outfit. You may notice the changes but they are not so different. They only changed the border and the cell border. But I will let you to look at the differences:     So you see there are not so many differences. but I believe now it’s easier to integrate ad units into your designs, and it gives an aspect of web 2.0. This tutorial is just awesome. I just scanned my old photos and they are nice. All photos in black and white are nice but it seems that something is missing. The COLOR of course. So I found a video tutorial that may be very helpful to many. The guys at Watch And Learn Photoshop did it again.
