2008-11-26 07:21:00
At King’s Arms Tavern in Colonial Williamsburg we had a glimpse at different kinds of traditional foods that Virginians ate during Colonial era. Recently, I have researched all of the restaurants that were rated 5 stars by Mobil Travel Guide in the last 10 years. I couldn't help but notice some interesting trends. In the 90s, the five star list consisted of mostly classic French-style restaurants such as Maisonette in Cincinatti, La Francais and Everest in Chicago, Philadelphia's Le Bec-Fin, and New York's Lespinasse and Chanterelle. The f
