I signed up for adsense through blogger on Saturday April 14, 2007, and got accepted on April 17, 2007, 3 days later. It said on the help pages that it would take up to 48 hours to recognize that I was now accepted for adsense, since I once signed up before and got rejected. I actually waited for 4 days and still didn't see anything. I fired an email off to adsense-support yesterday. I thought that my total earnings was 46 cents but actually it should be 51 cents + 46 cents = 97 cents for including the day before. See, search engines love it when you update your site frequently because it means your site is not just some website someone created in 10 minutes, hoping to get lots of referrals or make tons off of adsense. for More CTRI have been experimenting with new layouts. I left my website overnight with those 468x60 banners just below the "Read More!" part and with around 40-50 unique visitors, none clicked. That is really not what I was hoping for. I think the reason why it didn't work so well was because people could tell that it was an ad and just skipped it to move on the other articles. Well, I have been tracking my visitors with my free online tracking tool and most people who came here via search engines did not stay even 1 minute. They also didn't visit more than 1 page, meaning that they did not click on anything here.
