Healthy parsley

Parsley get undeservedly little attention as a main table garnish used only sprinkled on top of a ready dish.  In addition to that it is available year round and it is cheap, parsley is highly nutritious herb with wonderful healing properties. I think it isn’t surprise that the ancient Greeks held Parsley in high esteem, crowning the victors with chaplets of Parsley at the Isthmian games and bordering their gardens with Parsley and Rue.
