Al and Johns Belize Adventure...... 2005-12-15 23:51:00 Oh where, oh where do I begin…..I wanted to write a summary, now that we have some more time, of our wonderful experience at your Jungle Paradise. John and I chose your 8 day/9 night Jungle package which we changed the Zoo for the Black Hole Drop. Before I give some summaries of our trips, we want to thank Karen, Andy and Simone from the bottom of our hearts for being so warm and courteous during our stay. The wonderful conversations in your Treetop Lounge were memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. The Food! The food that Nora, Tella and Wani prepare is fit for a King…. the fry jacks in the morning are a wonderful start to a long day.The Guides that you use from "River Rat" (Gonzo, Brainard) are incredibly knowledgeable and have a passion for what they do, they respect the culture of the Maya and know so much from a personal level about each site and adventure that it is truly amazing and you listen to every word they say.The eight days that we spent at your Jungle Do Read more:Belize

Guest Comments from Anne Marie Purcell and Connor 2005-12-04 20:01:00 Hello all at the Jungle DomeThank you so much for taking such good care of us during our trip to Belize. We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Jungle Dome. We really enjoyed the day trips that you organized for us. The trip to Tikal was an adventure and the highlight of our whole holiday. Our guide Daniel Rodriguez was a wealth of knowlege and was able to connect the ancient temples at Tikal to the historical sites at Newgrange, Stonehenge and Peru. The guides on the Black Hole drop were fantastic too - they put me right at ease as I was a little nervous about that 300 foot drop! The Chechem Ha cave trip was excellent too. The guide and the group that joined us kept us entertained throughout our adventure through the dry cave. Finally the horseriding on our last morning was the perfect ending to our stay in the Jungle. A special thanks to the wonderful cooks at the Jungle Dome and to Karen who made special efforts to make our stay so enjoyable Read more:Guest
