My Physical Fitness Quest

Remember when you were 18, had the perfect body, and still found flaws? Well, at 25 years of age, I’m starting to appreciate my body much much more. You see, I now have an excellent body image in my mind, until I took some pics of myself and saw some pictures that showed I had much to be desired. My once perky and peach like butt looked more like a bag of DVD’s, and my once slim and trim waist , now after uterine surgery was fast approaching 30 inches.
Now it’s been 3 weeks since I started my exercise routine. Not only do I feel great, have more energy, and am a happier person to be around, but I’m starting to see RESULTS!
I didn’t go all crazy and purchase a gym membership either. I altered my lifestyle. I stopped eating four hours before I go to bed, began doing crunches in the morning when I woke up, and I took the stairs more than the elevator in all buildings that I could.
I started out by doing 100 crunches per day. Now, I’m up to 200 per day

This has to be one of my worst nightmares, getting shot. Growing up in Dorchester, MA, I heard a lot of gunfire at night, but I never got used to it.
What is going on! It seems like we should be more advanced than this:
“An 18-year-old Hyde Park man was shot in the head and suffered massive injuries yesterday as he rode on a packed MBTA bus, in a chaotic scene that stunned afternoon commuters. He was on life support at Boston Medical Center early today, and police officials said he was not likely to survive.
The shooting sent passengers and pedestrians frantically diving for cover and left witnesses confused about whether the gunman fired from the street or was among the small group of young men who jumped into the bus to confront the victim after arguing with him from the sidewalk.
The unidentified victim, who police said was from Hyde Park and was 18, was taken to Boston Medical Center.
