I just love oysters, don’t you ? Delicious oysters can be had just about anywhere in Japan, but two places that stand out amongst the rest is Hiroshima and Ibaraki ! At the fish market I had a chance to sample these freshly caught jumbo oysters. Add a pinch of lemon, then such em' down. Just awesome !
