How do you place a Paypal button in a Wordpress
post or Blogger post for that matter? After receiving an email from a reader stating that they do not have Paypal I realized that I was only catering to people with Paypal for my blog links promotion. Since I knew that Paypal allows credit card payments through their website buy it now button I knew this was the step I needed to take in order to resolve this issue.
Really easy fix I thought and then I tried placing the Paypal buy it now button inside the post and everything looks alright, but when I clicked on the button only an error message displayed. You can effortlessly put the buy it now button code in the sidebar just fine, but then that has know relation to your post.

I came up with this idea after keeping the blog links promotion post up top for the last three days by re-ordering the time stamps each day because I wanted readers to see the post first thing.

Ja Kel Daily Forum New Webmasters Board 2007-06-07 06:34:05 I started the forum October 21, 2006 at the request of my wife for her site. Yesterday was the first time in around 3 months that I’d visited the forum since creating it. After checking the stats I was surprised to see that it’s a PR4 and has 132 Posts in 88 Topics by 181 Members not bad considering I have not done anything with it in 8 months.
This got me thinking that I should start catering to my readers more on the forum and add a new section called Buy Sell Trade for Webmasters

Canary Wharf London - Motor Expo 2007-06-14 15:14:41 In London 14-21 June and today my wife and I went to the Motor
Expo that I talked about 15 May. A very small expo compared to some others that we’ve been to such as the one in Paris France. One of the main reasons we decided to catch the show was the new Audi A5 which to our disappointment was only at the expo for one day on Monday so we missed it.
P.G.O Cevennes a French sports car with attitude. This car caught our eye for two reasons; it’s in our price range 30,000 pounds and it has a classic striking look to it. To be honest I had never even heard of the make before today and now it’s in the considerations books for purchase sometime in the future. Specs: 4 cylinder, Peugeot engine, 134mph top speed, 0-60 6.8 sec and 17″ alloy wheels. The Jag, Audi, and Alfa are just a few of many beautiful cars that were on display at expo. See pics below:

Son’s First Birthday and Holiday 2007-06-18 08:16:01 My son Tate had his first birthday this Sunday and we decided to take him to a place called Butlins in Bognor Regis England. In case you are wondering it’s around two hours south of London and it’s design for younger kids.
Anyway it was a great success my daughter Layla and Tate really enjoyed themselves on their three day holiday slash birthday party. We also had the pleasure of taking a walk along the sea and ate a traditional fish and chips meal.
Along the walk I spotted a place called Gypsy Lee and I was unaware of the legend of Gipsy Rose Lee of Brighton a famous fortune teller of the 1900s and supposedly this woman according to her sign is related to this person.
Even though I did not stop by she saw me and quickly said – you are soon to be a top blogger on the net! At least that is what I think I heard her say maybe she said for twenty quid that can be true.

Creating a Faded Web Page Background Image 2007-06-24 11:55:33 This is something that I have been interested in for quite some time but have never gotten around to looking into how to do it until today.
The process is really simple you just need the right code and then the image. To create the image you will need Adobe Photoshop. I know that not everyone will have this program so you can find 30 free images at BittBox.
Now for those that have Photoshop; the size of the image is 1px x 500px and to give the faded apperance you use the gradient tool. Click the tool then take the cursor and drag it done the middle of your image. The image results afterwards is in the screen shot below before I used the tool the image was just the dark gray at the top. There are other opitions with the gradient tool besides the one that I used; that you can use for different background effects.
