Since 2004, it was holding a large poster for Ingrid Betancourt, hostage in Colombia since February 23nd 2002 and made honorary citizen of Paris. Posters for several hostages in the Middle East were also hung on the building. They were removed when they were freed. Only Ingrid Betancourt remained, but at least it will now be removed.
