Unicorn Burger T-shirts 2007-04-27 18:00:00 Judging by the name, that place doesn't sound good, does it? Just who would name a t-shirt shop UnicornBurger
? According to artist Kristen Stewart, though, her t-shirts are "nutritious and nontoxic"! Unicorn Burger is a small place (for the moment) that offers only a handful of designs to choose from but they're all so sweet and cute that you'll want to buy them all... I already found my all times favorite one but it's a mystery... All Unicorn Burger t-shirts are printed on American Apparel and cost a fair $23.A murder mystery $23.00
Two New T-shirts from Waterloo 2007-04-27 03:24:00 Waterloo has launched two new t-shirts this week, "The Who" and the "Trainspotting". The first one is dedicated to the famous legendary rock group from the 60s, The Who! The second one, which is my favorite, is inspired by "Trainspotting" a controversial film from UK. As Waterloo comments "Trainspotting" is "a story about hopelessness, drugs and lust for life". I loved the movie and I love this t-shirt. Read more:Waterloo
Buy Africa Aid T-shirt 2007-04-26 07:53:00 A few days ago I was contacted by Steven Selzer, Vice President of Marketing of Africa
Aid Organization, who talked to me about Africa Aid T-shirt. Africa Aid T-shirt costs only $20, which is a reasonable price I believe, plus 100% of its proceeds will go to the School Lunch program in the Buduburam Liberian Refuge settlement in Ghana, Africa. According to Africa Aid by purchasing this t-shirt, your donation feeds one refugee child for one school year (!!!) and, of course, provides educational empowerment. As I have so many times posted about charity t-shirts I felt I couldn't live that one out and it's one damn good looking t-shirt as well!Africa Aid T-shirt $20
Smurfs Attack T-shirt by Splitreason.com 2007-04-26 00:52:00 Those of you who are around my age (that is 30), you should vividly remember the Smurfs
! Yes, those blue little creatures living in these mushroom houses, being constantly chased by Gargamel and his vicious cat, Azrael... Don't be snob, I know you were all watching that shit and that you were secretly in love with Smurfette! Anyway, the reason I recall all these unfortunate moments of our youth is because of Split Reason's new design, the Smurfs Attack! Of course the design is printed on blue t-shirt for obvious reasons. I just want you to take a closer look at the Smurfs and see what each one of them does. Some are just hilarious! Check out the one that drops his Walkie Talkie...Smurfs Attack $17.95
I Feel Just Dandy... 2007-04-25 20:33:00 Yes I do! The reason is that I discovered this excellent design by all times favorite Indieshirts.com. The design is called "Just Dandy
" and I feel it's quite witty and positive t-shirt. The funny thing is that is the second dandelion inspired product I find today! The first one was an amazing lamp from Drift Design! Who knows? maybe is a sign for something!lol... I don't know I just think it's interesting that I found two dandelion inspired products in the same day... So anyway, I'd personally go with the black graphic on a berry t-shirt but it's available in a wide range of color combinations.Just Dandy $19.50
Home Time Tee by Bonbi Forest 2007-04-24 18:29:00 I just show this new t-shirt from Bonbi Forest
and I can tell you I loved it! Home Time tee has a homey feeling that takes you back to your folks and maybe to some other era. Is it because it's night? Is it because of the rabbit? Is it because of the lonely house on top of the hill? I don't know... maybe it's because the design is round! I see this t-shirt and I miss my family (or is it my childhood?)...So anyway, all this fairy tail ends here because this fabulous t-shirt costs £25 and I don't have them right now... :(((Home Time tee £25
Two New Designs for Pre-Order by Cotton Werks 2007-04-30 18:20:00 You can now pre-order those two new designs from Cotton
Werks and be the first to have them when they arrive at the store. The new designs are a little less detailed than your usual Cotton Werks t-shirts but still quite interesting. Both of them are designed by slaterock who is the guy who designed the popular Low Sodium and The Berry Thieves (one of my all times favorite) t-shirts. Cotton Werks has a relatively small line for the moment but quite impressive, so we all wait to see what's next to come from these guys.Wings and Food Chain Read more:Designs

Where My Dogs At? 2007-04-30 06:44:00 I have no comments, I have no words for this new design from Busted Tees!!! I'll just let the picture talk by itself.... you guys!Where My Dogs At?
All Shirts For $10 Each at Shirt Empire 2007-05-03 02:23:00 That's some awesome news folks; ShirtEmpire
is having a liquidation sale and offers all t-shirts for just $10 each (originally $18)! That's a hell of a deal, actually, because some of these shirts are very good. The offer is valid until supplies last, which you all know what it means... the clock is ticking! Read more:Shirts
Take a 10% Off Your Order at Noisebot 2007-05-02 21:52:00 It's been a busy day yesterday and I didn't have the time to write something, but I'm making my comeback with some good news. Our dear Noisebot is giving a 10% off your order when you use the code "NOISEBOTMAYHEM". The offer I believe is valid through the whole month of May so take your time... Talking about Noisebot I'd like to focus on one specific new design, the Explosive Relationship which is based on some experiments they've been made by some folks (to be honest I don't really know if it's true or a myth) using diet coke and mentos. According to the experiments mentos when comes in touch with diet coke causes the coke to explode. Judging by the success this story had at YouTube it was just a matter of time for someone to come up with this idea on a t-shirt. Check out the t-shirt and a very funny video from YouTube. Camiseteria from Brazil 2007-05-06 02:26:00 I'm so pissed off right now and the reason is that I found this amazing t-shirt site, which is all in Portuguese! The shop is called Camiseteria and I've managed (thanks to my knowledge of Italian) to figure out that is from Brazil
. The designs are fresh, cute, original, and trendy and there're tones of them! The prices are of course in Real, which is the currency of Brazil, and range from 50 to 55 Reais ($25-27). They also accept design submissions (I think so). Unfortunately, I cannot say for sure if they ship internationally but if any of you is familiar with the language you're welcome to enlighten us. If they don't it's a shame... Okay folks, we now know that they ship internationally! Dammit Fabio you're fast!
Chop Shop and the Desk Jockey 2007-05-05 04:12:00 Recently (yesterday to be excact), I came across this cool shop named Chop Shop. What a fun name, really... Anyway, I overall liked the shop and the site itself (not boring at all) but there's one specific design that caught my eye, the Desk Jockey
! What an incredible design indeed; so well drawn, so detailed, and such a surreal and fun concept. Okay, admit it; how many of you don't feel like a desk jockey? I know I do (sometimes)... So in any case, Desk Jockey is my favorite pick from the store. Chop Shop, for the record, is the product of the minds behind graphic design studio The Chopping Block. Don't forget to visit the feature artists page for an interview with Jay Hillyer, one of the main artists of the Chop Shop designs. The prices range from $10 to $17 the most, which I could say is perfect...

Tolky Monkys and Other Characters 2007-05-08 01:18:00 Lately, it looks like one good store comes after another. After the amazing Camisteria from Brazil I discovered this excellent shop from Spain, Tolky Monkys. First let me tell you that the shop is only in Spanish so if you cannot understand anything in Spanish you're going to have some trouble navigating and understanding the jokes etc. I contacted Nestor who was very kind to fill me in about the store though. So, Tolky Monkys store creates some characters who have their own little tragic or funny or screwed up story and based on these characters they make their designs. My favorite character is Death who is a working mother trying to juggle between family (taking care of her son) and work (reaping souls), which btw she hates! All the t-shirt's are awesome (I had a hard time picking my favorites) and cost 20 Euros plus shipping. Talking about shipping, they do ship internationally but you have to contact them through the contact form. If you're patient enough, you'll be happy to kn Read more:Characters
Strange Vice Indeed... 2007-05-07 07:34:00 Okay... so I stumbled upon this interesting shop today and thought writing a line about it. The name is Strange
Vice and according to the shop's description it sells "Tshirts for fans of cult, horror, exploitation, spaghetti westerns and sleaze". Now I'm not that an expert on these genres (everybody knows I'm a big time chicken when it comes to horror movies), but I have to say I truly enjoy the style and the whole atmosphere. My personal pick from the store? "A Trip to the Moon", which is based on a 1902 French black and white silent science fiction film (Le Voyage dans la lune) by Georges Méliès!
Meet Mountain and Jingles! 2007-05-12 00:40:00 Mountain and Jingles are stoned seniors! What? Yes, they are the stoned seniors! Have you ever wondered what ever happened to the hippies generation? Well they all are now seniors and having such a wild background makes them stoned seniors! So, this stoned couple is the spirit behind this new shop, called Stoned Seniors, which I believe uses this really cool idea of the sometime hippies and now seniors (but still wild!). The store is quite new and besides tees, offers accessories, mugs, posters etc. The designs are created by designer Nick Ramos based on Mountain's and Jingles' ideas (who are real persons). One of their first designs is, of course, the all time classic hippie theme of "Make love not war" and there are more to come shortly. Enjoy, and no, you cannot use these t-shirts for "medical purposes"! ;-) Read more:Mountain

Do you Have your First Aid Kit Handy? 2007-05-10 06:48:00 Maybe you should! This shop comes to put an end to my misery! Haha! Seriously, there's so much sugar in these t-shirts that can send you to the ER! I found this cute little store, called First
Aid Kit and even though I'm usually a darker type I couldn't resist to these colorful and sweet (literally) designs. First Aid Kit is run by Laura from Italy (and that's another point I couldn't resist...) and ships worldwide. Most of the t-shirts offered are for gals but there's a couple of cute guys shirts as well (so the boys can have some candy too! lmao).Pastel Ice-Cream $27.80 Read more:Handy
Shit Happens! 2007-05-09 17:58:00 You bet it does! This new t-shirt by Busted Tees has made my day...Inspired by the famous game Tetris "shit happens" brings back all the high school memories. I remember I was so addicted to that freaking game and at the same time such a lousy player that I almost got depressed... oh boy... Just take a closer look into what's going on in the game on the t-shirt!Shit Happens

Shuttlecock??? 2007-05-09 17:45:00 Just a quick post to show a new design by Glarkware. The name: Shuttlecock! I'll better let the image do the talking today...
Six New Threadless Winning Designs 2007-05-14 21:43:00 Threadless has announced the six standard competition winning t-shirts and I have to admit that four of them are absolutely stoning (lately I had been a little disappointed by Threadless' winning designs). So, my favorite ones are "Holding Pattern", "Serenade", "Sounds Of The Sea", and "Oh No!".The two first have a nice artistic flair and a poetic quality that I always appriciate on a t-shirt. On the other hand, "Sounds Of The Sea" represents the typical Threadless fanny and cute design. Finally, "Oh No!" adds some street quility that we hadn't seen for a while in this competition. New Hicalorie Limited Edition T-shirts 2007-05-14 07:44:00 I'm pretty impressed by Hicalorie's new The Gimme Hope Collection, launched recently exclusively for Karmaloop, and more specifically by this 'Hello Brute' tee. This limited edition collection features artwork from designers, illustrators and artists worldwide and this t-shirt is designed by artist Jon Knox Griffin of HelloBrute. Some of these t-shirts are as limited as thirty pieces worldwide and will only be available until the release of Hicalorie's next line. New "Orchestra" T-shirt by Oddica 2007-05-18 05:09:00 Oh... this new t-shirt by Oddica is absolutely awesome and so different from the last Oddica t-shirt trilogy! The name is Orchestra
and features a Flutist playing his flute and the whole nature around him just dances to the music. The design, made by artist Blaine Fontana, is a modern take on traditional Japanese landscapes and represents the popular myth, known in almost all ancient cultures, of the power of music and the musician over nature (hey, at least for me!).Orchestra $20*links in this post are affiliate
New Designs by Tank Theory 2007-05-17 06:12:00 Some interesting new designs came out recently by Tank Theory
and I'm loving them... Like always, Tank Theory delivers some very strong statements that challenge my thought and feed my artistic hunger! T-shirts like Skull Boy, Reflex, and Shiny Happy People are typical examples of Tank Theory's beautiful but at the same time sarcastic or melancholic perspective on things... and of course, are on the top of my list for this summer tee hunting.Hehehe...Skull Boy, by Marion Bolognesi |$23.00-$25.00 Read more:Designs
Up to 50% Off Sale by Coltesse 2007-05-16 00:19:00 I haven't had the time to write a proper review about Coltesse and I promise to do so in some point. For the moment, though, you have the best opportunity to explore this unique store by yourselves since you can take a considerable discount up to 50%. I'm not going to add anything because it's my third post for today and I'm getting tired... but I definitely suggest you check out Coltesse. My favorite design is "Nectar F" by Nectar Graphique, limited edition (100 pieces), now 13.00€ (was 26.00€).
New Spring/Summer Collection by Monsieur T 2007-05-15 23:34:00 Okay! The new spring/summer collection is out by Monsieur T and to be honest I was not THAT impressed... Or let me put it in another way, I was not really impressed by the men's t-shirts. Is it because I'm a woman? Maybe... So anyway, one design I marked out though, is the Hermit; it is artistic, funny and sooo summery! If you take a closer look you'll notice a poor diver in the water and that's a detail I really like in this design. Among the women's t-shirts, I definitely go (besides the Hermit) with Voltage (green and pink) and Nothing forever. Finally, I have some more good news for you guys; you know what happens when the new line comes in? The old stuff has to go and that can only mean one thing: sale! So, now and until Sunday take a 50% off on everything from past collections. Read more:Spring

Excusez La Mode 2007-05-15 19:37:00 Oh, I love European designs and especially little gems like these from Excusez La Mode, an Amsterdam based t-shirt label. The designs are created by illustrator Ellen van Moorsel and Graphic Designer Loes Verstappen who work together in order to bring us a small but powerful and illustrative collection. Unfortunately for the rest of the world, the site is all in Dutch but I have contacted the folks over there and managed to find out all the info you need (you don't have to thank me now...). So, according to Loes they ship internationally and if you'd like to order a tee all you have to do is send an email to info@excusezlamode.nl containing which t-shirt you'd like to order and your contact details as well as size etc. The t-shirts cost a little bit more than my usual tee budget (35 Euro plus shipping) but, what the heck, sometimes it totally worths it... The collection if I'm not wrong prints on ladies tees only (not so sure about that though) and the theme is inspired by the "de
Tshirtinsurgency.com 2007-05-21 00:05:00 Tshirtinsurgency.com is one of my newest findings in political and absurd t-shirts. The folks over Tshirtinsurgency have their own way of making their statement on current political situations and irony and humor have a big part on that. Although I agree with their views, I'm not a big fun of this kind of shirts generally and so, my pick from Tshirtinsurgency.com is the Melancholy Ninja and the Soy Bomb, which I already have in mind for some of my vegetarian friends! The guys print on American Apparel and their prices are more than fair ($15-17). I'm looking forward to seeing what's next to come from Tshirtinsurgency.com, so stay tuned...
Backseat Kiss T-shirts 2007-05-20 03:24:00 A couple of weeks ago I came across Backseat Kiss store, which I believe is a brand new place with some fresh and interesting designs. One of the t-shirts that caught my eye is Song Birds which features some cassette players with wings seating on a tree like they were song birds. What I liked about Backseat Kiss designs is that they combine cuteness with nostalgia and give you a laid back relaxing feeling. Backseat Kiss prints on American Apparel men and women tees (don't be tricked by the women only photos). Also, you might wanna know that with orders of $40 and more you get a bunch of freebies (buttons and stickers) and with orders of $100 and more you get free shipping. Finally, check out the spring sale section where you can get a package of products for a better price...sweet!
