The Ryde Summer 2007 Line
2007-03-23 18:51:00
The new Ryde Summer 2007 line is now available online for a whole month before it hits the stores! The new line is quite impressive, I may say, and maintains the usual artistic and sportive mood, and of course the typical "The Ryde" quality. Meanwhile you can find some of the oldest stuff on sale for 50% off or more!Floater T-Shirt $24Smoke Girls T-Shirt $14

Spring Sale at Dadawan
2007-03-26 23:56:00
Even though Spring looks unpleasantly away today in LA there's is one reason to be smiling, and that's the new Dadawan announcement for a Spring sale! During that sale you can "steal" some amazing t-shirts for only 11 Euros ($14.05), a discount that most of the times is more than 50% off the original price. Unfortunately, I don't know yet when does this sale end, but I guess it's going to be on until supplies last. One more thing, folks: Dadawan ships all orders amounting to less than 100 Euros for 3 Euros flat rate and free for orders of 100 Euros and more. Cheers!"Crawl" by PlaymoO $14.05"Smoke" by Dekoreone $14.05

As[one] Shop
2007-03-29 06:51:00
Turns out you can find some really cool stores at MySpace after all... I'm talking about As[one], a relatively new store currently based in Wisconsin. The Premiere Edition mens t-shirts are designed by Jeremy and the womens t-shirts by another very talented design student. What I appreciated in As[one], besides the quality of the designs of course, is the noble cause of Jeremy to support as much as he can the artists and the free spirits of the world. Thus As[one] supports young athletes and artists and gives a stage to the "lesser known". In addition, 5% of the proceeds is going to benefit the humanitarian aid organization SurfAid International. I like that!!! Oh, and one more thing: there's an attractive spring sale going on these days where all the Premiere Edition t-shirts cost $16. What about that, ha?Blackout Tee $16.00

Cotton Factory T-shirts on Sale
2007-03-28 21:21:00
Everybody knows I love t-shirts, but do you know what I like even more? Cheap t-shirts!!! Thats why I went crazy when I received this newsletter from Cotton Factory announcing a huge sale on selected t-shirts starting from $5.99! Yep it's true; now you can get some of Cotton Factory's most original t-shirts for such a low price... Even some of the newest designs are going on sale for the ridiculous price of $10! So be my guest and grab the one you've always desired...La-La-La $5.99Tape Scavenger $5.99

Enough Already with Sanjaya!
2007-03-30 05:53:00
Is it just me or is there anyone else in this freaking world that is annoyed by all this noise about Sanjaya ? Who the hell is he anyway? He is just a (gay?) guy (not the prettiest according to my taste) from American Idol! I'm so pissed off with all this situation... whatever site I visit he is in, and now this! Busted Tees has presented a new t-shirt called "Goodbye-a Sanjaya", which according to Busted Tees Simon called it "Absolutely dreadful. Just... terrible. Honestly. I'm being honest. That was awful". Like I care about Simon...@&%#$!@!What infuriates me is that now I'm just another damn Sanjaya site...I'm afraid I'm loosing it...I should better get some rest...

Another Damn "Toast" T-shirt?
2007-03-30 00:12:00
Well, it looks like the last few months the "toast" theme becomes more and more popular on t-shirts. The reason is obvious, I believe, they are simply cute and funny and therefore many shops seam to have their own version. So, the question is, why another damn "toast" t-shirt? Don't we already have enough? My answer is, why not? Another cute and funny "toast" tee! Keep them coming! LMAO! And this is why I present you today a VanRockn "Toast ed" T-shirt! (preferably in this golden mustard color...mmm mmm mmm) OK, maybe it's not the most original idea, but I still like them!Toasted T-shirt $17.95

StarCore Clothing
2007-03-31 21:32:00
StarCore Clothing is an "one man show"...well no, I would rather say it's an "one woman show"! I'm talking about Melissa, the person behind this amazing kick ass clothing line! I loved these power designs from the moment I first visited the store; esoteric, sensitive and at the same time hard rocking, dynamic pieces... The prices of the t-shirts range from $11-25, which I believe is quite fair not to say cheap. My favorite t-shirt from StarCore Clothing is the "Bird" because there's some poetic quality about it. Bird StarCore T-Shirt $16

Urban Cleansing by Martin Hsu
2007-03-31 04:31:00
I'm so excited to find out that Martin Hsu has launched three new designs. Truth is that they're out there two months now, but I just found out...So anyway, I was very impressed with this specific one, Urban Cleansing, featuring a Hinduism Deity (if I'm not wrong) wearing a gas mask! I think the design is great and I loved that silver American Apparel shirt. Martin Hsu sells through Paypal and in his site you can also find his impressive bio, illustrations, sketchbooks etc. Urban Cleansing $22

Heavy Tees
2007-04-01 17:51:00
A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a posting about some vintage tees from PalmerCash. Thanks to t-shirt expert Joe, from Fantastic Blognanza, and his comment I found the source of these amazing t-shirts and in the same time discovered tons of new incredible tees! I'm talking about Heavy Tees, a shop that follows the footsteps of the 60's clothing artist Vernon Holoubek. Each design narrates a story at Heavy Tees something that gives these t-shirts a unique, edgy, and different artistic value. Once again I had a hard time choosing my favorite design, so I'll probably get out of it with a small selection of them...

Funk'd Freedom
2007-04-02 19:00:00
Recently, I came across a very interesting site called Funk'd Freedom . Funk'd Freedom's designs are inspired by the values of true freedom not only as a state of the body but also (and most important) as a state of the mind. Through fashion, the creating team of Funk'd Freedom makes a statement and calls everybody to speak and think freely. I liked Funk'd Freedom's t-shirts because they combine a nice design with a strong message. You can find Funk'd Freedom's t-shirts for £25 at Wyldpytch (51 Lexington Street, Soho, London, W1) or soon online at WyldPytch .PuppetsPicture courtesy Clive Kofi Allen at www.kamaraworld.co.uk

Bauer Power T-shirt
2007-04-04 17:52:00
The way I understand it, after the huge success the "Digg Me" t-shirt (which btw is on sale now) had from Nerdy Shirts, another hit comes from the same store. I'm talking about the "Bauer Power" t-shirt, which is inspired by Fox’s "24" show! So, if you're a fan of the "24" I'm sure you're gonna love this tee...Bauer Power $20

Ichabods Store
2007-04-04 03:56:00
Another store I've been flirting with lately is Ichabods from New Orleans. The owners of Ichabods, Chris Reams and his sister, focus on artistic vintage designs; as they say "if it would look great on the wall, then it will look great on our shirts and bags". I really liked some of their offset prints as well as some collage style designs. Their tees are printed in limited numbers and only in soft fabrics. One of the most important thing about Ichabods (at least for me) is the fact that $2 from every sale goes to a charity chosen by the customer at the checkout! You can find Ichabods' products either online or in selected boutiques around the country. I hope you'll enjoy that shop as I did...

New Designs and Sale from NoiseBot
2007-04-05 22:32:00
NoiseBot has launched ten (10) new designs this month and they all look fantastic. The new designs come in a good time for t-shirt hunters since the folks over NoiseBot have extended the ongoing "15% off" sale until the end of April. The procedure is the usual; you just add the coupon code "AprilAwesomeness" during the checkout and oh la la! My favorite t-shirt? "Follow The White Rabbit"....

Can't See the Forest But for the Socks
2007-04-10 03:37:00
The Big Buck Hunter winning design from Threadless this week is "Can't See the Forest But for the Socks " and I have to admit is one of the best I've seen the last couple of months! Wow! What a nice, earthy, mystical design!

News From MoreTvicar.com
2007-04-12 20:15:00
One of my favorite European t-shirt stores is moreTvicar.com, which sells some of the most interesting brands mainly from Europe. Yesterday I was very pleased to hear that they have added some new cool t-shirts in their inventory while some of the older stuff are now available for less (you all know that's my favorite part, don't you?). The new additions come from "SP:UK" (gosh I love those shirts!), "To Die For", and "Under The Hat" (another kick ass brand). Now, if you're looking for some unique limited edition t-shirts that you won't find anywhere else, there's always "The Collective" section. Generally my problem with European stores is that the prices can be very high especially with the currency difference between USD, Euro, and British pound. So I always recommend to check out the sales section (for womens sales click here) for some more reasonable pricing... Escaping Records

Vintage Vantage's Free T-shirts Offer
2007-04-11 19:19:00
Well, I have some good news for Vintage Vantage 's fans; it looks like for every two (2) t-shirts you buy from Vintage Vantage you get one more for free! OK, let me brake it down for you dumb asses: you buy two t-shirts you get another one for free, you buy four you get two more, you buy six you get three more freebies and so on. The catch is that you don't get to choose your free t-shirts, you just give them your size and they send you a tee. So you may (or may not) end up with some t-shirts that you don't like... What else...aha! in order to get you freebies, you have to buy your vintage tees first and then email the guys over Vintage Vantage the order number. Get it?

Full Bleed T-shirts
2007-04-14 03:59:00
Every time I decide to write about Full Bleed T-shirts I end up postponing it. The reason is that I get so frustrated with the designs since they all look so amazing that I don't know which one to choose! Gosh I hate that feeling! So anyway, I'm not so sure how to describe Full Bleed t-shirts, but they definitely have some dose of surrealism combined with this kind of humor that just makes you smile (not burst out laughing, just smile and think "wow"). Now, top all these with some clear cut drawings and some bright flat colors and you have some of the best tees in the web (seriously). Honestly, there's something in these tees that makes you wanna close your eyes and travel with your imagination. Finally, what drives me crazy with Full Bleed T-shirts is that they only cost $16!!! Why, God, are you punishing me? Haven't I suffered enough already?

Secretaries Day Sale at Random Shirts
2007-04-19 03:42:00
If you liked last week's offer from Vintage Vantage, then I'm pretty sure you gonna like this one! As we all know, April 25th is Secretaries Day (yeah!!!), and to properly celebrate this unique and truly important day Random Shirts makes an extraordinary offer: buy two $10 tees and get one for FREE! The offer is on from April 18 (that is today, dah...) to 25 and all you have to do is add three $10 tees to your cart and then enter in the coupon code 'ADMINROCKS'. I know you love me and I love you too....HOMEROW $10

Spraygraphic Apparel
2007-04-18 05:16:00
Spraygraphic Apparel is, I believe, one of the most up n coming hot t-shirt and apparel places in the Web. The reason is, in my opinion, that the guys manage to successfully combine some good designs with some strong activism causes (instead of just making another text design). As they state, their designs "hopefully will provoke thoughts about social, political, global issues going on throughout the world and at the same time produce an individual and eclectic style that celebrates the labors of artists and activists from all over the planet". Judging from the success that the "Mind Grenade" t-shirt had, they're very close to succeed their goal! Typically, it has been hard for me to choose a design to show here and resist the "Mind Grenade" t-shirt but I think you'll be happy with these choices...The Birdcage 26.00Hummingbirds in the Heart 26.00humanitarian

Closing Down Sale at Subedition
2007-04-21 00:38:00
Oh, men! Another good store is closing down! Subedition is closing down and, dammit, I didn't even have the chance to review the store...:((( I don't know the reason so don't ask. Anyway, the good news is that all t-shirts are going now for $5 each. Yep five bucks, that's all you'll pay for some damn good tees. Of course the problem is that there're not all the sizes available... so, hurry up you guys!

Imaginary Foundation
2007-04-20 23:46:00
Most of you, t-shirt freaks, probably are familiar with Imaginary Foundation t-shirts but, what the heck, I'll review them anyway... So Imaginary Foundation comes from Switzerland (which is not surprising at all) and consists of a group of thinkers who do "experimental research on new ways of thinking and the power of the imagination". The head of the team is the mysterious "Director" who's father founded the Dadaist movement. In case you're so dump asses and don't know anything about the Dada movement go and do some research you @#$%@#&@!!! The rest of you who have an idea I'm pretty sure you'll find the immediate connections between the movement and these surrealistic designs. The team uses the t-shirts as a medium to bring their ideas in the pop culture. Judging by the popularity of those t-shirts I'd say they've succeeded! Sure they're not the cheapest you'll find (~$30) but hey, there're other more expensive around and these t-shirts are true pieces of art.

15% Off Your Order at 2K Shirts
2007-04-20 01:07:00
Unfortunately, I learned about this sale a little late but nevertheless there's still time for the 2K Shirts fans. The offer ends on April 22 and gives you a 15% off any orders of $35.00 or more. The magic coupon code is "taxman" and as always you place it at the checkout. For the record, let me say that 2K Shirts collaborates with artists from all over the planet, is based in Japan, and brings us some of th most interesting t-shirts in the Web!

Alive Shirts
2007-04-21 04:10:00
Some of the cutest t-shirts around, I would say, come from Alive , a store located in Germany and run by Christian Lindemann. Alive is trying to protect threaten animals by donating 1-2 Euros from each t-shirt sale to WWF (World Wildlife Fund for Nature). The designs are basically very cute, simple-looking (but nonetheless quite appealing), and absolutely funny. Sure, the prices are a little high especially if you're paying with USD but wtf, you're helping the animals! Besides, there are some on sale as well...The Birds 23 Euro

Axid Tees
2007-04-23 18:00:00
Since I went quite "international" lately, I though I should keep in the same bit and write about another great store from Bangkok, Thailand. I'm talking about Axid, of course, whose Love to kill T-shirt has become a bestseller already and has been featured in top t-shirt blogs like t-critic and other (yes, I read other people's blogs as well...), creating enough controversy I must say. Almost all of Axid's t-shirts have a unique design quality and a laid back relaxing feeling. Nice colors, cool themes taken from nature and music, good printing quality and we have a winner! All t-shirts are limited editions and sold exclusively online.

Recreas T-shirts
2007-04-22 22:16:00
Recreas store comes to the world from the beautiful city of Barcelona with a mood for poetry and the will to make the smallest difference. The whole idea behind the Recreas scenes is that even if you're able to make a small change around you, then that worths the trouble and the effort. The designs are very cute and imaginative. Some t-shirts feature some nice floral shapes that are really relaxing and cool, and I enjoyed the different t-shirt colors. The Recreas team takes pride in what they call "Fair Trade" policy, which is basically sweat free products made by adults (no kids) who were paid respectable salaries, and in factories who respect the environment. Like most of the European stores you might find the prices a little high if you're paying in USD but still I would say they're more or less reasonable.Alice in Wonderland 25 €

HotBins T-shirts
2007-04-29 10:26:00
HotBins is a brand new and promising t-shirt store from Chicago that so far features twelve fresh designs. Their t-shirts might look simple but they definitely are funny and positive. I totally loved the Dream Big t-shirt. In addition, you get to check out some of the designs they've been working on and vote for your favorite one. The t-shirts are very reasonably priced ($15) and printed on Fruit of the Loom and Bella. I welcome the HotBins folks to the t-shirt world with a big big hug and wish them good luck! Yeeey! Dream Big $15

'LMKS' T-shirt by Bread
2007-04-28 19:04:00
I found this cool t-shirt at Digital Gravel today and I'm pretty impressed! The t-shirt is called LMKS and is designed by Bread Clothing. It shows three markers at the bottom with examples of their style: Ultra 38mm, Pilot 16mm, Streaker 13mm, and last of all a 'Projectile 9mm' bullet with a splatter at the top and two long blood drips. I believe the idea is just ingenious and the red color on a white t-shirt is awesome! Digital Gravel is the only place I have found selling it and it goes for $31.
