The biscuits are sort of crunchy, not too hard, with a hollow center in each, filled with cream cheese filling. Very sweet and the cheesy taste is just right. :)

This morning, I went to KLCC to relieve myself of the urge to buy some things. *Kawaii that is* Got myself a mushroom die-cut memo pad with 2 designs and a San-X dessert bunnies mini memo pad. And also a desserts-themed envelopes pack with 3 mini envelopes and 5 large ones. I just love foodies, don't you? :D Also, I got myself a CUTIE Japanese magazine, featuring kawaii rooms and living spaces of Japanese teenage girls. It's a very colourful mag, and fully loaded with detailed pics of possessions, furniture and decorations. Although I cannot understand the writings, hoefully I'll gain inspiration from the pics to decorate my room. :)Besides that, I sort of over-splurged on Japanese snacks at Isetan. :( There was this Meiji (Japanese confectionery and snacks manufacturing company) promotion, and tons of Hello Pandas, Yan Yans, and Puccas were luring me to buy. Wohoo! I got my bracelet from Nicole of Vintage Nouveau today! It's a sterling silver chain bracelet, fully loaded with all sorts of charms : BOTTLE CAPS! *I LOVE!!!*, dice, lego pieces! (OMG! *faints*), lampwork beads, COLGATE TOOTHPASTE CHARM!!! *faints*, buttons, a vintage guitar pick!, wooden game piece with number '29' on it.... and..... a black high heel shoe! :D Waseh!!! I'm sooo happy with it! It's a total mass of red, white and black, jingly-pingly, perk-me-up, jazzy little piece of paradise!And what's more, Nicole sent a pair of free earrings!!! Yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised by the approach of a fellow Sibu-ian Etsy seller. Simmy is a freelance jewelry designer, and has been in the field for a few years. She convo-ed my through Etsy, after seeing my endless self-promoting efforts on the forum. She was curious to know if I'm really from Sibu, as I put my 'Location' on Etsy as 'Sibu'. We got to know more about each other. I was really very surprised to find out that there actually are other local crafty people who do these things (selling online and all). :) I'm not saying our local community has 0% creativity, but it's extremely good to get to know a local jewelry designer. :PCheck out her Etsy shop, and her online selling website. She makes the most gorgeous jewelry! And her prices are a whole lot more reasonable and affordable if compared to those of other Etsy sellers, whose works portray a similar style. :) And the best thing is, she has asked me if I want to do a consignment with her! Yup. I totally heart rainbows. :DToday, I'm really happy because 2 packages arrived. One is an order from an ebay store. The store name is haveonhand, and I ordered a one-band plain silver sterling ear cuff. It's ABSOLUTELY PUNK! Love the rougish look it gives me when I put it on!It a queer thing - I can't find a single ear cuff in Kuala Lumpur. Not in the mega-happnening shopping complexes anyway. Early this year, sometime in January, I tried KLCC and MidValley. Searched and asked in jewelry stores like Sinma, Chameleon and Cindy. Even tried Teddy Tales. Non of these shops have any ear cuffs. I suppose it's partly because ear cuffs are out of date already. Maybe it's also because I didn't search thoroughly.So, since I cannot find ear cuffs in Malaysia, I decided to buy one online. Woke up this morning to a fine warm sunny day. Lazed around for bit. Then decided to do something crafty.Lovely Wall HangingYes, it is lovely - it is made of pink origami hearts. The card stock (brown and red) is actually a card box for cakes, from Secret Recipe. I cut off the top lid for use in this piece. The striped paper is one of the Pocky wrappers I've stashed just a few days ago. And the metallic pink hearts are folded origami-style using the Strawberry Chocs (Meiji) wrappers. :) For hanging and extra touches, I cut strips from a red plastic bag and tied them at the respective places. And the two white strips hanging from the end (attached two hearts) are actually wires that mostly come with new electrical items - used to bind the cables.Yup. This whole thing is made from junk. :D

Yesterday night, I was suddenly very inspired to create more felt crafts. After all, we B1/06 just completed our 2nd class test paper : Pharmaceutics. There are still 3 more weeks to go lah, with 4 more papers. :( *Patience, patience*I had in mind a few days ago to compile a strawberry-themed kawaii grabbie. And I proceeded to make a 2-strawberries embellished felt pin/brooch yesterday night. Continued making 5 strawberry-patch-themed 1-inch felt pin/brooches this afternoon. I was browsing through my favourite shops on Etsy, and I came across the blog of one of the sellers. Noticed on the side navigation that she joined Just Simply Charming. I clicked on the link and was immediately stunned.....The awesomeness!!!!!How this GORGEOUS bracelet came about? The hostess, Ruth Rae, organised a charm swap sometime late of 2006. There were 24 artists and crafters altogether in this project. Each one of them made 24 identical charms, according to their liking and preference. They then send them all to Ruth, who compiled each of the 24 different charms into a bracelet. There were 20 or so identical bracelets, which Ruth sent out to each of the contributors.I so want this bracelet! The blog dedicated to this project, Just Simply Charming, was written by Ruth, and there are amazing tutorials on how to make each of the charms, contributed by the artists. Wah... I just had a difficult test paper today - Organic Chemistry. Actually, the subject itself is not really that hard at all, but as there are a lot of chemical reactions (with the conditions and catalysts and additives and all) to remember for each, my mind just couldn't take in all of that in just one and a half days, after the Physical Chemistry paper on Monday. Ha..... Finally, our seemingly endless class tests are over!!! Now, our 3-week study break starts, and then it'll be the End-of-Semester exams. T-TThe night before the UTP (Understanding the Patient) paper, my hands were itching like mad for wanting to make stuff. I haven't been doing anything crafty at all for more than 2 weeks or so, and my crafty juices were full to bursting. There was this thought playing over and over again in my mind. Recycling all my scrap felt from leftover cuttings into something beautiful of sale-value. So, here was the stash :I came up with this brooch :Then, yesterday afternoon, I continued making another one; a sea-themed brooch. Hmm... Nothing much happening today. I've decided to try and finish studying Dr Kang's Physical Pharmacy notes. But of course, I cannot resist making something to eat for lunch. :)I've been wanting to make some desserts, only there really aren't any useful equipments around in my unit. I particularly yearn for an oven. Then, I can bake cakes, make baked macaroni and cheese, bake cookies, bake puddings.Just a few days ago, I had this sudden craving for my mum's bread pudding. It's the BEST among the best. :) And luckily, it is not baked, but steamed.Mum's Bread Pudding 1 loaf of white bread (400g)3 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons butter at room temperature (I recommend Anchor)2 eggs (whichever grade)400g (1 medium can) evaporated milk1 and 1/2 cups of raisins (or an enormously generous amount)1. So, before my chocolate lunch on Sunday (as described in the previous post), I made use of the internet-free period to make some of the stuff I've been meaning to make. "I Attack You with Rainbows " 2 Pins SetHaven't listed it on Etsy yet. Probably will do so when I've sorted out my blog posts and layout. :) Each pin measures about 3 inches across and is backed with a layer of sturdy black felt. See the pale cream plastic thingy shaped like a piece from a jigsaw-puzzle (in the middle of the green-blue star)? Haih... Something extremely bad happened on Sunday. The night before, I downloaded AVG Free from download.com. Ok, then I went to sleep. Sunday morning when I woke up, I couldn't log on my laptop. The darn thing just stubbornly kept 'welcoming' me and wouldn't do anyting else. Dread filled me as I recalled the same incident occurring to Farah after she updated her antivirus using IMU's wireless. Confirmed - it's the virus from the uni's 'Electronic Learning Lab 1' acting up on my hard drive.Ah.... Ah.... AAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!*sorry if it sounds fake; try it at faster intervals; that's how I vent my frustration - accompanied by fist banging on my poor defenseless plywood desk*I didn't know what to do. Farah had her laptop reformatted by the Help Desk people (at uni). If I wanted to do the same, I'd have had to wait until Monday before anything can be done. Went for a shopping spree yesterday, at KLCC. Actually, I don't really need anything, except some groceries and a much needed walk. When I shop, I don't buy clothes or shoes or bags or cosmetics. That's why I dress so 3-8 sometimes. :P Instead, I spend my savings on practically useless stuff such as - Japanese kawaii. Kawaii Sticker Sacks by Q-lia and Kamio Mustard Blob Tabbed Memo Pad + Soda Bubbles Memo Pad Here are a set of hair clips I made (by sticking the apples on the pins) in the afternoon. Relieved myself off the extra energy by making some crepes. The other day, during my afternoon trip to Petaling Street, I managed to grab a packet of all-purpose flour and a 500g pack of granulated sugar. From 7Eleven. Ok, laugh la. But really, I wanted to stock up on raw supplies so that I can cook some stuff, and at that moment, 7Eleven was the only store in sight that sells groceries.But I warn you - never go there purposefully to buy groceries. It'll kill you and your money. You'll end up beating yourself after you see the very same item with only half the price on Carrefour's shelf. :POk then, my self-invented Crepe recipe :5 mounted tablespoonfuls of all-purpose flour (plain flour la)1 tablespoon of butter at room temperature (don't put too much, just about 1 tbspn is enough)1 egg1 cup of milkEnough for roughly 4 pieces of fairly large crepe.Dump everything into a mixing bowl and whisk with all your might. Wake up and finish off the notes wherever I stopped. Go jogging. Do the hoola. Oline. Bathe. And try to cram yet more notes. Online. Sleep.I'm an internet addict and online freak. Cheesy Potato Tuna Salad

My brain is fully saturated. I don't ant to look at another pharmacology book, EVER again.Okla... Maybe that was a bit exagerated. :P I still have half of the module to cover. T-TMy lunch today :Cheesy Potato Tuna Salad (For 2 persons)1 medium potato (or two small potatoes)1 egg1 handful of shredded block Cheddar cheese or 2 slices of 'instant' Cheddar cheese2 cabbage leaves, or more if you 'strict vegetarian' *aha~* :D1 small garlic clove2 tablespoons canned tuna in water (drain off the water first)1 tablespoon mayonnaise1. Wash, peel and cut the potato into small cubes. Steam or boil (whichever you prefer) until cooked. This will take about half an hour if you decide to steam. Put the egg together with the steaming/boiling water to have it hardboiled.2. While waiting for the potatoes to cook, wash and shred the cabbage into fine strips. Smash the garlic *apu.. sounds so barbaric* and chop finely.3. When the potatoes and eggs are cooked, leave them aside.4. Mash the egg and mix wi

While waiting for the pasta to cook, wash and cut the veggies (cube the celery and shred the cabbage). Cut the sausage / meat into small pieces too.2. Chop up the onion and garlic.3. Have been seriously studying these few days. I started to panic on Saturday, because then I realised I only have one week to cover 4 modules.... FOUR!!! What have I done during the last 2 precious weeks? Yes..... Puffy days are coming to an end.... And I'm celebrating three days earlier with puffy clouds...Actually, I shouldn't be doing such things yet. But I always rejoice earlier than I should. There's still one last paper - Physical Pharmacy - the hardest of them all. T-TThis morning's Pharmaceutics paper kan*sai one la. Celaka betul. 40 MCQs (multiple choice qeustions) 99.999% about drug formulation. Who cares whether enemas are 100ml or 1000ml?Where are the real questions? Electrical double layer? Total potential energy of interaction? Flocculation deflocculation systems? Suspension emulsion stabilities/unstabilities? I spent the whole night bullying my brain into refreshing it's memory on these supposedly vital topics. Not one question on them came out. Walau EH!!!!! And the SAQs (short answer questions) are just ..... I don't know what to say already la. But at least, they didn't ask anything like - "Why did you take the B. of Pharmacy course in IMU?"And I haven't told y
