Some purchases 2007-04-03 19:56:00 I was doing spring clean in my closet on the weekend. As I was swapping out the winter stuff for spring stuff, I just wanted to purge everything and buy a completely new wardrobe. So a friend and I went shopping. It was a quick trip, I only got a few purchases, but they will keep me happy for now, i.e. this week. I wanted a pair of silver flats. I'd get Giuseppe Zanotti Rhinestone Ballerina $595 if I had that much dough to drop. So naturally I had to go with something similar looking. I found this crocheted one with a few pieces of silver sequins. They don't have this have this strange blueish tint like they do in the picture, don't know why. They are uber comfortable. Wearing them is like I'm wearing those socks with the rubber sole on the bottom. I also got a pair of faux python skin sandals. Now it's time to get my feet in shape. Now let's look at cute bunnies that you can't eat but can wear -- gold bunny and carrot! I literally squeeled in delight when I saw these. 24K's usually not my choice of gold jewelry (I don't actually see 24K gold a lot thesedays). Bigger is better 2007-04-08 01:49:00 I bought these dresses in large instead of small. My guy was like "why? they are going to fall off you." And I said "that's the idea." I want them to hang really loosely on me. And I love layering, so I can come up with a completely different look with them than what they were originally intended for. Technically they are tunics, but in L they are like dresses. I did try on the S, which were body skimming. Sure it was sexy, but too boring and predictable. I like them in L much better
, the way the waist line is hanging low on the hips is nonchalantly cooler. And besides jersey drapes really well, so they don't look ill-fitting in sizes that are different from your normal size.
