for a long time now. Their service has been wonderful. I don't remember the last time I got a dropped call, the customer service has always been terrific and accommodating and the billing is straight forward and easy to understand.Recently, they have decided to change their name to AT&T. Why? I don't know, but, in my personal opinion, this is a bad move on their part. From years past, the name AT&T and good service has never gone hand-in-hand. Whenever someone mentioned AT&T, I always got a bad taste in my mouth. Cingular is just beginning to roll out a new line of cell phones available to their customers with the AT&T name associated with them. I'm not sure who is working in the high towers of Cingular marketing, but the timing couldn't be worse.
