Cell Phones With Driving Outlawed in Washington 2007-04-12 15:59:00 On Wednesday, the Washington
state House passed a law by a 59-38 vote stating that residents are no longer allowed to use hand-held cell phones while driving. In an emergency situation, the enforcement of the new law may be waved. If caught on your cell phone while you are driving, you'll reap yourself a $101 fine.
