New Season, New Kits
2008-06-01 11:22:00
To some clubs, a new kit means new luck and probably a new and better season ahead. Whether it's superstitions or just some money-making ways from Nike or Adidas, new kits are always interesting to see, even if it sucks and gets much criticisms. So for today I'm going to post pics of all the new kits of the major clubs or nations, most of them that are already official. Loads of pictures, so, enjo

Tour de Blog
2008-05-31 12:46:00
For most people who came to my blog the first time, they would just stare at the blog, wondering where to go, because the blog is actually quite big, and Blogger doesn't let you have a proper homepage tbh. So it's pretty messy, but all your problems would soon be solved after reading this post.At the top of the blog it's a blog banner specially designed by myself, with an Emirates Stadium backgrou

About Me
2008-05-31 12:35:00
I know I should have posted this a long time ago, but oh well. Better late than never yeah?As you all can see, I go by the username of Dariano when I am blogging. You would ask, "Why Dariano?" Well, it's a creative name I thought of myself, because in real life my name is Darren (And I'm a male btw), and thinking that when I play football I am a left-footer and a striker, I decided to modify the n

Fabregas Gets Number 10
2008-05-28 21:20:00
Luis Aragones have "awarded" Cesc Fabregas with the shirt number 10 for Euro 2008 representing Spain. His form at Arsenal last season has delighted many, and this performance definitely caught his Spanish manager's eye. He thus give the jersey number 10 to Fabregas, which the number is normally given to the team's creative spark, meaning Fabregas is in the eyes of Aragones the most creative player

Roberto Mancini's Successor
2008-05-28 12:39:00
This story has been talked about for months already, and there are many gossips as to who would replace Mancini at Inter Milan next season, but I feel that the smoke would be clear soon. There were so many managers linked to the Inter manager seat, but the favourite remains Jose Mourinho, who was sacked last season and succeeded by Avram Grant (whom ironically, was also sacked). He would definitely

Arsenal Joins Chase for Veloso
2008-05-28 12:23:00
Today I'm going to introduce to you guys another player that Arsene Wenger is chasing this season, Miguel Veloso.Just who is this guy? He is actually a Portugese midfielder who plays best as a defensive midfielder, and Wenger is looking to sign him as a replacement for Flamini. He is expected to take over Flamini's role as a holding midfielder, and he does seem competent in achieving what Flamini

RVP Advises the Prof.
2008-05-28 12:15:00
Robin van Persie, who has missed out much of the premiership campaign this season has recently warned Arsene Wenger that he must pay more in terms of salary. He said the reason why Arsenal lost Flamini, and possibly Hleb in the near future is because Wenger doesn't want to pay them such high wages, and that he should really pay more to keep hold of the team together, if not one by one the Arsenal p

The In's and Out's
2008-05-27 12:33:00
It is the time of the year, the long-awaited 2-month long transfer window. There will be players going in and out of each team, and I'm going to go through Arsenal's possible In's and Out's.Possible Out's:Aliaksandr HlebThis player has been grumbling the past few months about him having a certain clause in his contract that he can leave. And guess what? He says he would love to go to Inter Milan a

Samir Nasri
2008-05-26 14:16:00
I'm sure many of you have already heard of this news. Yes, there is a high chance the Marseille playmaker, Samir Nasri, will be coming to the Emirates Stadium next season for 11.25 million pounds. Arsene Wenger plans to transform him to a wide playmaker (like how he did to Hleb, Rosicky and Pires), most probably taking over Hleb's position. Here's some info about Nasri in case you don't know him:F

My Arsenal Season Wrap-Up
2008-05-26 12:08:00
Arsenal's season in a nutshell (imo):TBH this season really get me supporting Arsenal again. I thought Arsenal was hopeless, I still supported Arsenal even though they didn't win any silverware, but I always wonder: When? After the first few matches I picked up my local newspaper and you should have seen my reaction on my face when I looked at the table. We were top of the pile, something we have n

2008-05-26 11:32:00

2008/2009 Arsenal kit
2008-05-26 11:00:00
I found an image to be fairly interesting. Yes, the image above shows the new kit for Arsenal next season. At first impression, I thought that last season's kit would be nicer. But after looking at the new kit time and again, I realise the kit owns. The new home kit for next year will be based on the 1989 kit apparently, the one where Thomas scored the last minute goal to win the title at Anfield.

2008-06-03 08:33:00
After months of speculation, finally a conclusion has been revealed.Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is officially the new manager of Inter Milan, while Manchester City has announced that they have now parted with Sven-Goran Eriksson.Like I predicted earlier on, Mourinho went to Inter as head coach. It probably didn't come as a surprise for most of us, and with a squad full of talent, combined

This guy's just amazing, Eduardo Da Silva has said that he is doing well in his recovery at the moment and that reports have claimed that in a surprising turn of events, he may just be able to come back and play even before the new season begins. Now here's a video on his speedy recovery:I'm really glad to hear such great news from him, and Arsenal really need him, because from what I believe, las

Jens Lehmann Tribute
2008-06-11 01:34:00
It's really funny. Literally. There are 2 reasons why it's funny. 1, just a day ago I posted my opinions on Jens Lehmann rambling about his time at Arsenal, then I told him to shut up. And now, I am actually doing a tribute for him on this site. Guess I got back some of Jens Lehmann "eccentricity". Reason number 2 is that this tribute is REALLY funny. Just watch the videos, and you'll understand w

Here comes Lehmann .But wait, didn't he already transfered to Stuttgart? Yes he did, but a leopard certainly can't change its spots.Just about weeks ago, Lehmann was given a standing ovation when he came on as a substitute in his last match. Lehmann, 38, has been at Arsenal for 5 years already and kept goals during the Gunners "Invincible" season during the 2003/04 campaign. He looks set to leave t
