Props to Levine News! I could not agree with this story more. I am a normal citizen living in LA and I know from my short time here that this town can really drain you. There are times when I seriously feel myself losing it. So, I don't blame the Hollywood Elite for going crazy.

Sometimes I think I belonged in a different time. With music and fashion alike, I'm one of those people who can't help but wish that I was around during the time of the real influential icons. (Audrey Hepburn and Olivia Newton John anyone?) But hey, I guess that is what this latest trend in leggings allows me to do. Relive the 80's anyway.

I'm not really into weird rock bands. You know the ones. The ones with high voices, retro beats, and exotic stage shows. I've seen quite a few here in LA, and have yet to find one with whom I can truly identify with.
In order for me to love a rock band, I have to be able to feel their lyrics. I can't have those throbbing retro beats distracting me from the soul purpose of the song!
