eBay fined over fake goods 2008-06-30 07:21:28 A French court has fined eBay 40 million euros ($63m) in damages to luxury goods
retailer LVMH for allowing online auctions of fake copies of its goods.
LVMH group claimed the 40 million euros, because eBay’s French site haven’t done enough to stop the sale of counterfeit items.
