Cyberstalkers,Defamation and Abuse
2007-06-01 14:16:00
The tale of Northamptonshire doctors below always entertained me in 2002. I read it while I fought the case Adoko v Pal. Adoko came complete with his accessory stalkers - Ms Berry and cohorts who were all found guilty under the Harassment Act 1997. I was one of the first people to succeed in a case of cyberstalking through the injunction against Dr Akena Adoko. Yes, we formulated the entire claim ourselves and trotted forth in court and ended up winning. Cyberstalking is a crime that is poorly understood but interestingly the Daily Mail featured a successful case .More than 500,000 people are victims of cyberstalking. Defamation though is a different kettle of fish. The case below shows an interesting tale. Dr Houston continued to be a doctor and worked as a police surgeon. There was no GMC investigation into her for defaming her colleague. Indeed, I have met Dr Houston at a prison once, a very pleasant and clever lady. The law of slander is a strange concept - and not used very often,

The Hatched Plot
2007-05-31 10:37:00
The Hatched PlotBy Sarah Louise KingSharon and Penny went to seaIn a beautiful pea green boat,They took some honey, and the SC Files,Wrapped up in a five pound note,Penny looked up to the stars above,And sang to a small guitar,'Oh crafty Sharon! O Sharon my dear,What a clever SharonYou are,You are,What a clever Sharon you are.Sharon said to her dear friend Pen,'How charmingly sweet you sing,'Lets have a drink and make a plan,So no one suspects a thing..They sailed away for a year and a day,To the land where the Bong Tree grows,And there in a wood a journalist stoodWith a large box right by his toesHis toesWith a large box right by his toes.'Dear Brian, are you willing to sell for one shilling,Your box? 'Said Brian ' I will'.So they took it away, and used it next dayAnd that box they managed to fill. Then they sailed back to Coven,Their evil plan wovenAnd told friends on MAMAso dear,We can clear your name,If we all complain,Trust us David's finished,Is that clear? The above was su

POWER NAPS AND HOUSE WIVES
2007-05-30 18:46:00
The sign of a bored house wife is often bad poetry. Today, amongst the wonders of the world, arrived a truly awful poem. This was written by Ms Penny Mellor. Ode to UHNSOh where or where are the SC files? Oh where oh where can they be? Given that Data Protection have tipped them off They'll be shredded for no-one to see!!Oh where oh where are the SC files? Oh where oh where can they be? Are they hidden on personal laptops? Or in cupbards at Child Advocacy? Oh where oh where are the SC files? Oh where oh where can they be?David would "rather not tell" anyone However they're "off site" seeminglyNot only was this poem rather awful but it was cruel to the English language, especially by one who frequented the rock festivals and had encounters with the police. I could have allowed this poem to filter through cyberspace into oblivion but one must observe Ms Mellor's obsession with Professor Southall. It has indeed become an addiction, a dedicated obsession with the secrets that Southall a

MONEY MAKERS GLOBAL HOSPITAL EXPANDS
2007-05-30 04:36:00
K Ravindranath the man at the centre of the scandal surrounding the botched transplantation described here and here. The article below does not mention the two patients who are now dead due to their slipshod approach to the entire case. It is Ravindranath's affiliation with Kings College Hospital London ( Mr Nigel Heaton) that doesn't get him the cudos that it should. We ask ourselves why that is? A. Prameela and A. Jagannatham died in Global Hospital. The two organisations have washed their hands of these deaths. As implied below, Global Hospital cashes in on its transplant fame and fortune while there are unanswered questions relating to these patients. Please note how many times money is mentioned in the article below. More experimentation me thinks ! Shame the high standard of care advertised equates to a below average standard of care in real life. Global Hospitals is of course full of big words and big money - shame they could never deliver the right standard of care to two

Play it Again in Welsh Sam!
2007-05-29 17:52:00
Back in Cardiff, Dr Frankenstein attempts to interview a Welsh Journalist. There is a reason Rhodri has pledged a listening government. There is now a 72 week waiting time for hearing aids. The reason the Welsh NHS is in a mess is because no one has ever listened to what the people were saying in the first place. I doubt, the new digital hearing aids that we hope will be supplied to all governmental bodies will improve their ability to listen. While most Welsh journalists seem to be busy with irrelevant causes, most of the hospitals are shutting down.Morgan pledges 'listening' governmentMay 25 2007icWalesRhodri Morgan promised a new style of "listening" government if he gets the nod as First Minister today. The Welsh Labour leader looked destined to be ousted by a coalition of Plaid Cymru, the Tories and the Liberal Democrats. But he was thrown an unexpected lifeline when the Lib Dems pulled out of the so-called rainbow coalition by the narrowest margin at a meeting of party chiefs on

ELIZABETH ROBILLARD - AN ACTRESS
2007-06-04 14:16:00
" Its important to act the part"Nothing is ever dull on NHS Exposed. Over the last three days I have been educated on a fascinating character called Ms Elizabeth Robillard. I was just grateful that she is far more interesting than Ms Mellor. Indeed, I quite like her website .Clearly a lady of considerable wit, talent and intelligence. Firstly, her name is regal, secondly we now know she was an actress of considerable talents. Her credits are enclosed in the links having appeared on TV etc. What though happened to this lady who clearly had a bright future? Her website though shows her to be a dedicated and caring mother. That is indisputable. Her picture appears in a article called " Battle to help my son Jamie". It is clear from her website that her long fight with the authorities have changed her as a person. I am still unable to understand how much she has changed. I can say she reacts intemperately to simple issues. I can say she sides with Ms Lisa Blakemore Brown one minute then co

System Failure for vulnerable children
2007-06-04 03:21:00
The piece below is a extremely good example of the cases that brush past the NHS. Opposite are the missing children that no one speaks of. Below is a tale of a child whose story has only been written about to make a point. If it wasn't for Madelene's disappearance most newspapers would not be writing about it. As they themselves point out, he wasn't the innocent cute golden girl that had disappeared. One whose parents were not actually in a council flat nor did they struggle for finances. Their family was typical of the ones you see in suburban England, those that can afford holidays a year, food on the table and schooling for their children. What of the forgotten children? They are the ones that enter the NHS to become part of the psychiatric system. Is there any hope for them? BAD TO THE CORE - GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL UK
2007-06-03 16:23:00
Fast effective abuse of subscription funds for £290 per year. These are some choice quotes from the crypt of the General Medical Council. Finlay has never kept his word. They hire a PR machine with all our subs, pay themselves fat cheques but we as doctors never get the service promised. The GMC consists of fools and knaves.Findlay Scott GMC today February 2006 “Opportunities to tackle problems are missed and too often the situation is allowed to persist or deteriorate where a remedial programme is no longer an option. Most importantly, delay means that patients are unnecessarily and avoidably put at risk…..“It cannot be in patients’ interests for doctors to feel oppressed by the regulator. And it is certainly not the GMC’s wish to see doctors avoidably deflected from their core task – the delivery of high quality healthcare, focused on the need of the patient.” http://www.gmc-uk.org/publications/gmc_today/GMCtoday_spec_iss_06.pdfIndeed in GMC today Feb/March 2006 Dr Sco

Psychopathic Cyberstalking
2007-06-03 03:14:00
A few days a ago we talked about cyberstalking. Well, today, this material is interesting . Also the material below is even more interesting. Personality disorders are interesting and I of course refer to the current cyberstalkers on this blog. We like real time studies so, we need to study and compare the stalking in Professor Southall's case and this blog's case. The cyberstalker we have at present may well fit the pattern below. Of course one cannot defame an anonymous poster therefore we can only speculate as to their mental state. It would be important to ensure a proper examination of them face to face by a psychiatrist on the specialist register :). Ms Mellor as a scientology fan would know a number of psychiatrists. Perhaps she could help us hire one to assess this individual or has she ensured most of them are "struck off". I would speculate from a personal view that our cyberstalker works in herds, is probably male, is fairly inadequate as a man, is a failure in his profess

The Angry Medic: Angry Medic Go Bye-Bye
2007-06-02 14:41:00
The Angry Medic: Angry Medic Go Bye-Bye I have read Angry Medic for sometime now. He is an extremely witty medical student unlike other Cambridge medical students I have taught in the past.A brilliant and witty account of a medical student's final exams. Yes, we were all there. Mine were brilliant. Loved every minute of it. Having revised every bit of surgery, the examiner asked me what the object in front of me was. I said well " it looks like a clamp of some sort". This went on for 14 minutes. On the 15th minute he said " what do you think we use this for". Well, we all knew this was the Urology consultant so they dealt with ONE part. Well, a few parts actually. Nevertheless, the examiner said " Don't be so shy dear, its a penis clamp". Good God, I thought to myself, that sounded painful. Then the next one talked about the discovery of antibiotics. I was positive that these two weird surgeons had been a different planet that day. Yes, I had read the student BMJ that night and yes I

WHY CAN'T THE ENGLISH
2007-06-02 06:29:00
My Fair Lady was an adaptation of Pygmalion written by Dr George Bernard Shaw. We decided to transform the above and adapt it to the modern day with our own Eliza Doolittle otherwise known as Penny Mellor. We all believe it is important for Eliza Penny Doolittle to craft her art in communication so that we the audience aren't left so pained by her diatribes. An English daffodil with thorns is what one doctor called Ms Mellor. A cringing coarseness that filters all through her letters and her campaigns. Perhaps this is the reason the old girl cannot control her temper.Ms Mellor can be seen on the You Tube video kindly made by her side kick Mr John Hemming MP. Mr Hemming of course believes that Ms Mellor is a classy chick and I am Eliza Doolittle. That view is of course influenced by the fact that he has been unable to answer a single question put to him even after four weeks. We believe it is a form of spasm that hits Hemming's throat when he hasn't got his paws in some girl's bra (

LADY TOTTINGTON COMES UP TRUMPS
2007-06-06 19:04:00
Presenting the wonderful Lady Tottington. It has been a long haul questioning Lady Totty ( the name has now de-double barrelled as she has finally kept to her word). Today, Lady Totty decided to email me. I fell off my chair with smartees in hand. Was this a Lady Totty email I saw before me? Clearly, it was. This email was extremely coherent showing the lovely Totty ability when she is not stressed. She can actually write brilliant prose. Dated the 5th June 2007 she writes to the British Psychological Society " I understand that there are some emails provided by Penny Mellor from Woolllard@xxx.com as part of the complaint about Lisa Blakemore Brown. As these are dated 2003, I do not wish these to be considered in any future hearings as they are of dubious authenticity. I did not consent for the emails to be included in any complaint and was unaware that they had formed part of the complaint.... "Therefore, thank you Lady Tottington. Save the fact you have singlehandedly lost me my job,

EMAIL TAMPERING WHODUNNIT?
2007-06-06 10:10:00
The post below shows the various issues surrounding Mr Fiona Woolard. To us she is Lady Tottington Smythe Spratt-Gibson Watt. Lady Tottington Smythe currently refuses to provide Lisa Blakemore or the British Psychological Society with a signed copy of her email admitting that the emails within the complaint by Ms Mellor were not authentic. Again we asked Lady T - who tampered with the emails? We now start a whodunnit mystery. The people involved 1. Fiona Woolard 2. Penny Mellor 3. Elizabeth Robillard. Out of these three, clearly someone may have tampered with the emails if Ms Woolard tells us they aren't authentic. So far 1. Ms Mellor has remained silent on the issue despite being the complainant. 2. Ms Robillard refuses to reply to questions 3. Ms Fiona Woolard squeals each time we ask her the question. Lisa Blakemore Brown categorically states that the emails were indeed altered/ tampered. No original emails have been supplied by either Ms Penny Mellor or Ms Tottington. E Robillard

CALLING LADY TOTTINGTON SMYTHE SPRATT
2007-06-05 18:42:00
The Bunny Syndrome - Prognosis Poor Its Good to Talk There has been a problem with Lady Tottington Smythe aka Mrs Fiona Woolard, niece of BMA' Sir Charles George. One of the problems is she talks to much. The next problem is she doesn't eat enough chocolate rendering her brain to be a little like a NHS switchboard. The updates of the tale is this.Tottington Smyth and the name Spratt has been added to her quadruple barrelled name the more she misbehaved. Having squealed about the authenticity of the emails within the Ms Mellor complaint for four months, she finally told us, no one could rely on them. Any man would have come up with the reply immediately without being shifty about it.The British Psychological Society being the now new bunny vac of 2007 have though failed to check this. Actually most women are normal apart from when it comes to those associated with Ms Penny Mellor. I shall be theorising on this newly termed Bunny Vac syndrome classically presenting with the following

FOR YOUR EYES ONLY - HALTON HOSPITAL DIES ANOTHER DAY
2007-06-05 10:32:00
Hot off the press - Dr Sushant Varma ( who had the pseudonym James Bond) has just today won at the Employment Appeal Tribunal. For those who are not aware of the antics of Dr Sushant Varma. He was the Pre-registration House Officer whose career was prematurely assassinated by David Graham Tsar of Re validation and Halton Hospital NHS Trust ( Drs, Murphy, Rose and Williams). Sushant initially lost at the Employment Tribunal, was struck off by the GMC due to the ET decision. He subsequently won at the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He won at the right to have a re-hearing of the case. Halton Hospital wished to use the original judgment in the second fresh hearing. Dr Varma appealed to the EAT again and has today won a land mark judgment in court. This means the new hearing will not have the influence of the old judgment ( as wished by Halton Hospital NHS Trust). Well done congratulations to Sushant Varma who fights in his 8th year. He wins again hand down. Mr Bradley barrister to Halton Ho

THE MAMA DYNASTY
2007-06-10 07:34:00
Starring Penny Mellor as Alexis Carrington.Elizabeth Robillard was too busy fighting the bad guysSo far we have been talking about women. Women love to talk on the phone, email etc. During evidence harvesting, its extremely vital to see what Ms Mellor's purported followers actually thought about her. They would of course know her the best. The important issue about this email is that the ideas conform to ours. The email though was written some two years ago by an extremely intelligent and insightful lady. One thing we love on this website is bunny gossip. To show the world the antics of this high profile campaigner, we now show the real insight from people who have known her for years. This is the MAMA board's fifth column - the rebels with a cause. For the sake of brevity, we will call them the " Watership Down bunnies". Rebellion has indeed broken out. THE TWILIGHT ZONE
2007-06-08 19:23:00
Old Col Happy to run vendettas on the GMC's behalf GMC " All old doctors can duck accountability" . Discrimination? What was that then? The problem with Field Fisher Waterhouse is that they know where all the skeletons are hidden. The solicitor dealing with the Jennifer Colman case is none other than Colin Gibson. Old Col as we have dubbed is on his website sporting his best grinning fool grin ( see above). Dr Jennifer Colman has been engaged in litigation with the General Medical Council for a number of years. Her case is detailed on NHS Exposed. Well, in a nutshell, the GMC got it wrong as Jennifer found out many years later. The GMC though have a vendetta against Jennifer Colman. A vendetta shown throughout the internal discussions between Field Fisher Waterhouse an her solicitors. The problem with FFW is this - they never make any aggressive attempt to settle litigation. Even I found that in R Pal v GMC. With FFW - its all about personality clashes, they often behave much like Al

BUNNY IN CHIEF - MS BUNNY PENNY UNDER FIRE
2007-06-08 02:18:00
"I am not going to a GMC hearing looking like this,"said Dr Pal Dr Pal's long suffering other half has informed her that since she has been hanging out and studying the antics of Bunny-In-Chief Ms Bunny Penny, prodromal bunny symptoms have started to manifest. This has been due to the shock of discovering what a gaggle of women bunnies can really be like as well as reading the drivel produced by them. Dr Pal's other half has been speculating on whether or not Dr Pal has ever exhibited said symptoms. In a shocking revelation, he stated " Well, you could do with a bunny outfit on occasion". Dr Pal is still attempting to decipher what he meant. Symptoms currently include eating large amounts of lettuce, burrowing in fluffy duvet following the ton of material on Ms Bunny Penny, irritation, increasing consumption of chocolate and gibbering two front teeth. Dr Pal has started to wonder whether Lisa Blakemore Brown and Professor Southall and other professionals involved have felt the same f

WINDS OF CHANGE

How many children will have to die?Monklands A and E was saved. Other parents were not so lucky." The judge described how wheelchair-bound Jordan-Lee, who was born with global development delay, suffered from acute seizures which could last up to 15 days. When seizures occurred, his family had to administer medication, but if that did not stablise his condition in five minutes, he had to be taken to Rochdale Infirmary's accident and emergency (A>E) department in Greater Manchester, a five-minute journey by car.Local health chiefs are planning to close the A>E department and replace it with an urgent care centre. His parents David and Lisa-Louise Fitton, from Smallbridge, near Rochdale, say the closure will mean mean an extra 25-minute drive to the nearest A>E at Oldham and could prove life-threatening". The BBC gives far more details on the case. This is of course a product of the Department of Health's decision making. The other issue is the consistent lack of monitoring of death rat

CURSE OF THE WERE MAMA BUNNIES
2007-06-11 05:28:00
Curse of the Were MAMA BunniesI have often wondered what makes our resident cyberstalker tick. Today, the studies have shown a relation between antisocial behaviour and the full moon. I have often contemplated the issue of the influence of the lunar cycle on the mental state of this man.So far our cyberstalker has threatened to get me down to GMC towers for a health assessment, has accused me of being a lesbian, has threatened me with prison amongst the many obscene remarks. Then there was some obscene remark about breasts in prison and has told me I should acquire the protection of stun guns. Well, we know of psychopaths who do this sort of thing but clearly our cyberstalker is one upset or distressed bunny. Each time I seem to mention bunnies or Ms Penny Mellor, he comes out of his lair to post. It seems his frenzy increases proportionally to criticisms vented against Ms Mellor. I could call him Ms Mellor's protector or perhaps Ms Mellor's defender. The net result of course is tha

LIVES AT RISK BY NHS CUTS
2007-06-15 08:28:00
The sentiments of the people below are those representative of the United Kingdom. NHS Cuts have been evident for many years now placing patients at risk. The public has attempted to protest but most issues are not taken up in the national papers. Even if they are, they remain a flash in the pan. The main issue is this, if something isn't done now, the effects will be extremely serious. I loved the idea of gatecrashing an NHS Trust board. I can imagine all their faces. Lives at risk from NHS cuts15/06/2007ANGRY mums say cutting maternity and paediatric services at Epsom Hospital could cost children and mothers their lives by being forced to travel further afield to give birth. Hundreds of parents, grandparents and nursing staff from Mole Valley gatecrashed an NHS trust board meeting last Friday to demand that proposals to move all doctor led births and overnight treatment for children to Carshalton’s St Helier Hospital are thrown out. Many were refused entry to the meeting by securit

Who Really Cares for the Elderly
2007-06-14 08:23:00
The study, funded by the government and Comic Relief, suggests that in eight out of 10 cases the abuser is someone well known to the elderly person. While there is enough support for the abuse of children, the elderly seem to be left in the "never mind pile". The general disrespect for the elderly and the treatment of them by the society we live in is a product of the attitude propagated in society. It is also a sign of the selfish population that exists within the UK. The disintegration of extended family values and social responsibility."The UK Study of Abuse and Neglect report said the survey meant as many as 342,000 older people might have been victims of abuse, ranging from financial fraud to emotional abuse and even assault. The report also said the research suggested 105,000 people in the UK had suffered 10 or more separate instances of neglect. A total of 53% of those spoken to who reported abuse had been targeted by people living in the respondent's house at the time.Of those

The World's Gone Mad: Chariots of Fire
2007-06-18 09:14:00
The World 's Gone Mad: Chariots of FireOn my journey internet wide, I discovered a man called Billy Seggars. Its a blog worth a visit. Nice one Billy S !!He writes"Hope Hospital, in Salford, Manchester, is not a particularly bad place, as hospitals go. Certainly, I have witnessed much worse standards of medical care than are on offer in this bustling establishment and, although it has its problems (what hospital doesn't!), at least some of the patients come out alive.I am, however, more than a little concerned that this otherwise adequate hub of local healthcare has been infiltrated by the Health and Safety Gestapo. While the medical staff remain (largely) as helpful as ever, common sense appears to have been removed from the hospital's day-to-day running with surgical precision. For those readers who have never visited this particular hospital, a little background information is probably in order. In common with just about every hospital I have ever visited, Hope appears to be in a p

PENNY MELLOR'S POODLES
2007-06-23 09:22:00
Penny Mellor hires GMC Poodles as her new LapdogsAll NHS Doctors currently fund their markies. There has been a newsflash throughout the medical profession. It is said that Ms Penny Mellor has always liked lapdogs of a certain nature. Apart from a selection of MPs and lawyers, she apparently adopted Finlay Scott and his co-horts as her lapdogs. We caught a quick snap of the General Medical Council staff waiting on the wings for the next complaint she has to stuff up the next doctor's career. It is likely to be a paediatrician. Paediatricians are apparently less likely to jump up to her whim of unscientific screaming. The totals seem to be increasing as we speak. Mellor was spotted at the local Pets at Home buying markies for her poodles. Animal behaviourists claim they have never seen such lapdogs who follow their housewife owner without a thought. The training of said lapdogs has apparently been so good and Barbara Woodhouse would be so proud of top dog Finlay. Yesterday, we spotted

THE OBVIOUS CLUE
2007-06-23 08:57:00
Finlay Scott trying to spot the obvious clue right under his nose. The World's Gone Mad: MTAS Madness - Well, a member of the public places his view of the medical profession and the GMC. This had me in stitches. Well done Billy. He says of the recent study by Dinesh Bhugra"Let's summarise that: we have a whole bunch of pissed up, pissed off junior doctors, who are making mistakes, pulling sickies, don't care about the impact on patients and wouldn't mind topping themselves. And the majority of these apathetic whingers attribute the cause to the hassles of the recruitment process"We must not forget Dinesh Bhugra and the Royal College of Psychiatrist was a man who encouraged the system's token black psychiatrist into the fold. We say "token" because the Royal College has been encouraging black psychiatrists possibly at the detriment of those more experienced and lighter in colour. This is called positive discrimination. This is also because more black people are sectioned under th

LEPERS AND WHISTLEBLOWERS - THE UNTOUCHABLES
2007-06-22 06:58:00
A number of years ago Dr Chattree was one of my consultants. After I left Preston, I asked Dr Chattree for a supportive reference. He gave me one of the best. A year later R Pal v General Medical Council happened. Dr Chattree was asked again for a supportive reference with respect to the case. Prior to finding out I was a whistleblower Dr Chattree had been keen to have me in Blackburn as one of his juniors. I though felt he ought to know all there was about me. On finding out, Dr Chattree stopped contacting me and refused to answer all letters concerning support for the case. I then told him that it was ironic that those touched by the GMC's midas touch were automatically tainted much like a leper. While Dr Chattree considered me a leper and deserted me, there was nothing else one could say. Yesterday though in true irony of fate, Dr Chattree finds himself at the mercy of the General Medical Council. having more or less disowned me for being involved in whistleblowing and the GMC. Dr

HOSPITAL DOCTOR AND PUBLIC CONCERN AT WORK - CLUELESS ON WHISTLEBLOWING
2007-06-21 03:09:00
Public Concern at Work - It's All about Lipstick For the sake of entertainment, I normally read Hospital Doctor to see what my little colleagues are up to. Hospital Doctor is a little journal with a circulation to the hospital doctors. The other issue is no one in the public knows of it or reads it. Nevertheless, doctors think Hospital Doctor is the bees and ees of life. If you are apparently featured in it, you are a star. These starry issues are of course doctors being stars in their own profession. It is though a magazine that has an interesting past, present and future. I believe its circulation is almost identical to that of NHS Exposed. Hospital Doctor and I had a little argument some years ago on the minor issue of whistleblowing. No doubt there was a reason why they banned me from the paper.Hospital Doctor though likes doctors who toe the establishment pathway even when they are rebelling. Infact, they also like to back those who lose in court. From my point of view, they hav

Cyberstalking dangers
2007-06-26 05:26:00
Our cyberstalker decided to stop harassing me after I made a few subtle little remarks on my previous post on cyberstalkers. He though assumes he is safe. Of course, no cyberstalker is safe from the police. Computeractive had a very interesting introduction" While using the internet may make people feel anonymous, in actual fact, the reverse is true. Every email, forum posting, website visit and download can be logged stored and brought up again at a later date. Everyone online leaves a variety of digital footprints when they go onto the internet"Therefore Mr Cyberstalker as we all know exactly who you are and where you are. I am going to run a few arguments with you given as though its summer and I would prefer a holiday. 1. You and your little friends withdraw all harassing issues, emails, complaints etc and we leave each other alone for good. 2. You and your little friends continue as you are and I report this matter to the police and also issue civil proceedings under the various l

SECRET's OUT
2007-06-25 06:00:00
We all have a secret don't we Ms Mellor? A few months ago, all headlines of the newspapers coughed up titles about the "secret files" that Lord Goldsmith was about to investigate. Even Staffordshire Police quoted these so called "secret files". Ms Mellor screamed about it from the rooftops. She had apparently via the media and her MP "got Professor Southall". Of course, she has been chasing Professor Southall for many years now. Years and years infact. I though sat at Ma Potters and rang my webmaster up. I said " they have got it wrong again". After that, we set about investigating the issues in great detail. This is the piece we all came up with. The introduction is below. "The so-called “secret files” at the centre of the Attorney General’s review of criminal cases in which paediatrician Professor David Southall acted as an expert witness amount to little more than routine departmental records, NHS Exposed has learned.Announced on the 20th February 2007, the review revolves ar
