Interview with the IndiCast team 2007-03-29 13:29:19 Podcasting, a form of blogging but with voice. As it is new, many people don’t know about it and it is also rare in some countries and India was also one of them. But now Indians are talking a bit interest. This made Aditya Mhatre and Abhishek Kumar start the IndiCast. Also, in one line, Indicast is India’s first multi person podcast which provides opinions on current affairs and events from across the world affecting India and mix it with a tinge of street smart humor; a pleasant deviation from the monotonous nature of conventional news mediums. IndiCast won the award of best Indi-Podcast of IndiBloggies 2006 and have won many titles. They have shown a big success in podcasting and have inspired many to podcast.

released Wordpress 2.1.1. Recently they found a malicious code in 2.1.1 which can lead anyone else control your blog. And that is why, today they released a newer and safer version 2.1.2.
If you have upgraded your Wordpress to 2.1.1 , then its a red alert for you to upgrade to 2.1.2. Now plz note, this upgrade is for only who have upgraded to 2.1.1, not for them who are still on 2.1 or older. This is also not for Wordpress.com users so relax.

Dj Flush from Sizlopedia gave a new look to his News Blog and Sankar Anand also gave some quick art and graphical adds to his blog. This excited me to makeover this blog and so I did it. Let the reader know where they are going 2007-06-05 08:17:32 This is very very important factor to gain loyal readers - Let the reader know where they are being redirected or going.
What I have seen browsing some blogs that use some redirecting or URl covering plugin or tool which covers the oreiginal URL address to which the reader is being redirected or will visit.
Most people use it cover some affiliate or any link which hardly attracts the reader to go. It is something like www.domainname.com/free-money/ which makes the reader feel that its an internal link and is safe but when the reader is redirected to any affiliate website or any site which is not of the reader’s interest, eit annoys the reader and he / she tends to leaves your blog.
It is better to be loyal and show the original link, it maybe that a visitor hardly see or click it but it is something which will make him feel that your site is good and loyal!
I never use any redirectin or link coverin tool and recommend you too to not use it and blog your way to success!

. Thhis make it look beautiful on a manner a bit messy on another manner. Using one or two smilies on some place makes it good but using too much smilies and having a smiley in every paragraph makes it all messy.
