As much as they seem to facilitate our life on the computer, they also contribute in reducing our memory. Proof is that sometimes this button messes up and can't fill out the form required, and if we don't have the info memorized or written somewhere, we are pretty much unable to access that page, such as an email account. Many studies advise us to always train our brains either through crossword puzzles or any stimulating mental activity.
