After being courted per many of other trade unions the SOD finally decide you it to join an interprofessional trade-union organization? It is with this question that the 4 local unions of the SOD reflect since February 2, 2006 after being contacted seriously and respectfully by the Autonomous Confederation of Work.

PRINCIPAL SOCIAL RIGHTS OBTAINED BY TRADE UNION SOD

- ARTICLE 1 - Wage increase
- General increase
Wage increase for the executives (coefficients 300 and more) is entirely individualized and does not return within the framework of the general increases.
This agreement will thus not treat general increases in the executives.
A general increase in the basic wages for all the employees and supervisors is founded according to following methods':
For coefficients 140 to the 180 (Hostesses of reception and Cases in Store, Restockers, Preparers of Orders in the Warehouses of Meung France On the Loire and Saint Martin de Crau etc.)

Hello, to the 04/06/2007, SOD and CFTC Trade Union in the company OFFICE DEPOT French
group would be the only Signatories of the Agreement on the Profit-sharing 2010 - 2007.
Signatories because not question “OF MAKING GIFT Of ONE EURO”
to Employers Office DEPOT even if the Agreement Released one Euro! Because thanks SOD Trade Union in 2005 to signature it was distributed 1.200.000 Euros to the employees and in 2006 it is envisaged in the 821.000 Euros that one makes worse!
It is with that which the elected Office DEPOT C.C.E. officials in group should reflect if they reject this agreement by filling the pockets of Office DEPOT which awaits their vote that it imagines negative anything to sign.
