Positivity for Cleveland? 2008-04-15 12:32:07 After reading my local paper this morning in regards to an article, questioning the public who have faced foreclosure if they were forced into apartments. They asked for feedback. I found this rather ridiculous; I really wish our media would really start focusing on the positive ness of our areas. As for Ohio there are some really great things happening such as mortgage companies that signed a deal on April 7, 2008 in hopes of stemming our foreclosure tide. . There is less then 10% of our market that is actually in foreclosure. Can our media distinguish that the public would like to hear good news? Help!! Saxon Morgage!!!! 2008-04-01 10:09:37 I am having the hardest time of my life with saxon mortgage. I am currently performing a short-sale and have received several offers from them submitted and here I sit of months of patiently waiting. Ok well, not so patient. My clients property is going to be up for sherrif-sale in 6days. I feel like I am on an ultimate deadline, with not so happy clients and buyers and oh don't forget the realtors. Lake County Ohio, Reports on Home Sales for Sept- Oct 2007. 2007-11-10 23:52:52 I studied the market this evening in hopes that with the increase of showings I am personally receiving in November. That October would have been a better month then September. However I am going to provide the stats below. Lake County
Oh, I averaged all the areas in Lake County Oh for the Month of September and October and here are the Statistics. September = 165 homes sold through out lake county. (Mentor being the biggest hit with with 54 homes sold)October = 154 homes sold through out lake county. A Slight Relief.....you think??? 2007-11-09 09:04:00 Is word getting out there to the buyers???? According to Realtor.org October was a much better month then september for buying.... Is it working? Is all of our efforts of speaking that its such a great time to buy, your going to see a huge appreciation on the value of your property and the interest rates are at a 40 year low!!! Well, compared to last October we did sell more homes.........But there is so many efforts being done in trying to promote that we are in a great market to buy.
