Concept Sketches 2008-04-09 18:36:00 Exploring ideas, and visualizing concepts within a script is a really fun job. You have to get a feel for the world, and context of the story. How far should the world be pushed and stylized? Here are two loose versions of a concept I did for a client: A 1920's Cockney Gangster feeding his greyhounds on his vast country estate.

Concept Art, Black and white 2008-04-17 19:45:00 These are film concepts done in black and white using a Wacom Cintiq and Sketch Book Pro with Photoshop. I find Sketch Book Pro better for line work in some ways. These high contrast drawings are a great way to limit your palette and focus on the composition and lighting. Well, they are more like glorified storyboards really. Kind of like key moments of a film done in a comic book style. Read more:Concept
