Marathon 2008-04-06 04:32:00 I completed a special marathon today , with an interval of 2 hrs...yeah, i completed a sleeping marathon today for 14 hrs including a break in between of 2 hrs.Don't ask me why, i just feel so very tired...and sleepy..This whole Sunday was spent just like this, sleep all the way through...oh my!Although i felt guilty for wasting a beautiful Sunday, but deep down in a small corner of my heart, i feel blessed man! =pNow i m hoping that tonight i can sleep through the night rather than staying awake, if not it will be a disaster for a Blue Monday tomorrow.~ Sleep like a piglet, walking up for a jog, not too bad a Sunday. ~

Picking up 2008-04-05 00:06:00 It was the night of arrival for The Boy's parents from Beijing, back from their 7 days tour.So we decided to pick them up and give them a surprise @ T2. Yeah, too bad it was not landed @ T3, and we off from work kinda late so can't visit T3 before picking up the folks.Speed home from work, did a spring clean for the whole house, changing bedsheet for the folks and sisters, and rush to the airport before the arrival time , 10.22pm.- piggy @ T2 -The Boy has always like the feeling of being @ the airport but surprisingly T2 is not up to his liking, simply because one cute reason, it is not crowded. Dad is going to buy a new car and sell off our exsiting Kia Sportage.This topic is The Boy's favourite topic too, so he had been helping us to do some research on the cars in the market. Lastly Dad zoomed down to two final choices, Toyota Vios or Honda City.Both choices are quite ok to me, no matter the design or the performance of the car. So i left the final choices to the folks to decide which one they like the best as they will be the one driving it most of the time.Eventually, dad came up with his choice of the car, Toyota Vios. Ohh..it was selling some sort of muffin, "Word 1st fortune muffin " as according to the stall banner. Quite famous as it was advertised on a few local newspaper and magazines , even on Channel U. The stall was named the " Bliss Haven Muffin ".So decided to buy a few to taste and see what is the fortune that the boss meant. up ..objective is to make sure that i made the correct choice ( nah.. =p) , but actually i know deep down the main reason is for a gathering for the 4 closest friends.Busy discussing about where to meet, Sg? Thailand? Macau? Muar? Malacca? ...lotsa different reason that cause certain places to be taken out from the list. Until now we have not finalize yet, but at least we got the top 2, Malacca and Sg ! hahahahah..Then comes the time, luckily that selecting time was much more easier , ended with just one suggestion and all agreed, 10th of May. Spent some time looking for Canele in Paragon, as it was so unnoticeable, partly also because i hardly go Paragon. =pLuckily we found it, went it, atmosphere is great, small cozy little cafe style with quite a variety of beautiful cakes.Our choices for the day :A highly recommended new cake from the staff over there, nice yummy one, with brownies @ the bottom, not that sweet, the pearl drop on top give some crunchy bites while eating it. Self-satisfaction 2008-03-14 08:37:00 Completed my usual jogging route without stopping, i m so proud of myself ! Although is not a long distance, but it is my first! Back Home, a non-fat blueberry yogurt, makes me feel so healthy after workout.Since weekend is coming, decided to give myself a good in-house spa tonight. Maybe also inspired by nuttyjas! Spent half an hour in the bathroom, gave my face a deep cleansing followed by pearl powder scrub, not forgetting my favourite apricot body scrub for whitening, then a Loreal mask for my hair, body foam to wash away all the sweat from workout and of course ended with my usual skincare routine and lastly will be jojoba oil from Crabtree&Evelyn , a gift from The Boy's sis.Everything seems so perfect and i feel my whole body and hair so very smooth and silky when i step out of m

Ministry of Food - MOF 2008-04-12 09:54:00 It was a nice super nice dinner @ MOF ( not the super happening MOS ok? ) , Bugis today with the The boy, especially after a good session of facial in the afternoon.We wanted to eat something special tonight but not too expensive. So walked around Bugis, and we found MOF . Lotsa ppl queuing outside the restaurant, and seems like many famous were here before. I heard of this restaurant for quite some times ago throught some magazine, so today i m going to have a "test-eat" myself!Stepped in after 10 mins of waiting, the ambience inside is nice and cozy with a little feeling of traditional Japanese dining. Doesn't belong to me 2008-04-11 09:16:00 I m back , at least still in a piece.hahhahahah..Not exaggerating, it is truth.Today PT is mainly focusing on the upper body part, mainly on the arm, biceps and triceps.It is a circuit routine, with 15 times , 3 sets each for every exercise.At the end of the training, i feel that my hand doesnt belongs to me anymore.Oh my god, so tired, it is like totally no strength, but at least that shows that i did workout that part , and it is one of my targeted part too.But i would said, it is a rather good session, and i m looking forward for the next lesson where it is be focusing on the lower part of the body.According to my PT, it is gonna be a worse nightmare than tonight!~ Workout is really not bad, at least when i look at the mirror, i feel as if my arm become toner. ~
超級星光大道 2008-04-14 09:37:00 Recently i was following closely this singing competition which are quite famous since the first season, Taiwan Superstar!First season, there is this so-called "legend" 杨宗伟, which is really too good in singing, but due to some "special reason", he had to quit.Second season, no one that really special enough to catch my attention to follow the whole season. So i dropped it.Now the third season, was thinking of ...since recently not much good series , so i turned to it.Surprisingly, i found someone which is quite good in this kinda early stage...no matter in the composing area or in her singing ability.
