Cat Found! 2008-04-12 12:31:19 So my ma got an email from an old friend of hers down in Nevada County, California where we used to live about a cat that was found and I gotta say, that is one UGLY cat!Now I remember seeing something like that out where we lived but I never got close enough to it to really figure out what it was, I do remember it being kinda stinky but that's about it. So my question to you puppers out there is 'Whatever kind of 'cat' this is, have you EVER seen one?' And if any of you cats out there are related to this critter, well like they say 'you can pick your friends but you can't pick your relatives'. Benne's a STAR! 2008-04-12 09:36:36 Woo hoo puppers, my 'little' cousin Benne is the FEATURED PUP on the Luv Mutt web site today! This means DOGS and HUMANS all over the WORLD will get to see him plus check out all the other pups on the Luv Mutt web site.I'm really proud of Benne for having this honor and after his knee surgery this will be a great boost for him and no pupper deserves it more! RSPCA Puts Milo on You Tube! 2008-04-11 17:16:14 Doggers, this is too cool, the staff at an RSPCA animal shelter in Devon, England have turned to the internet site YouTube to find a new home for one of their guests, a guy named Milo.In a special video they made, Milo who is a six-year-old collie, is seen with his friends at the RSPCA's Little Valley Animal Shelter in Exeter and they are really hoping that this video will help Milo get a furever home!I think it's pawsome that the RSPCA humans are doing this and want to WOOF OUT a big GOOD LUCK to Milo!You can read the entire story on the BBC News web site.3 Paws up for the RSPCA!The life and times of Gunner and 8 year old black lab.

Sam Rescued After Falling Down Mine Shaft! 2008-04-15 10:59:46 Holy cow doggers, what a frightening experience for Sam the lab who lives near Holywell, England. Apparently Sam 'FELL' down a 100' MINE SHAFT and had to be rescued with the help of the Grosevenor caving club and the RSPCA!Sam suffered a DISLOCATED PAW and a CUT TO HIS HEAD but was otherwise fine and is now recovering at home.What I wonder though, cause us labs are pretty darn smart and very aware of our surroundings, is were there any deliquent squirrels or cats hanging about that maybe 'accidently' PUSHED Sam down the mine shaft? I think the Bobbies or Scotland Yard need to investigate this....Anyway, I am sooo glad that Sam was rescued and is going to be OK and I'm sending him lots of LABBY WOOFS! You have got to read this 'story' BARKED OUT by some human that makes it sound like we're huge GERM BOMBS, I mean really!I think the human that wrote this 'story' is suffering from SHS, commonly know AMONGST US DOGS as 'STUPID HUMAN SYNDROME', the 'story' says....Letting a dog lick your face, picking up its mess or allowing it to sleep on your bed could put you at risk of catching salmonella, campylobacter or MRSA.Naturally the research has irritated dog lovers and Caroline Kisko, secretary of the Kennel Club, said that Defra should be spending resources on policies to help to tackle animal welfare. Seaside Get A Way..... 2008-05-01 12:16:27 Hee, hee....well doggers, it appears that HIKE needed a little break from his daily routine so he HOPPED the Number 11 Arriva bus and went to the SEASIDE for a MINI HOLIDAY. Now HIKE had not asked permission from his MOM so when she went to look for him and he was NO WHERE to be found, naturally she got pretty SCARED and UPSET. Green Acres is the Place to Be! 2008-05-03 17:25:20 So doggers, one thing I do miss about not living in the country is that I don't get to go HORSE BACK RIDING anymore on my Aunty Lynn's horse Cache. My Aunty Lynn is a GREAT RIDER and her horse Cache who is BEAUTIFUL and a PRINCESS, used to be a COMPETITIVE JUMPER but lives the HIGH LIFE now in Nevada County.I've taken Cache on JUMPS in the training ring and that's really fun but Cache told me she's pretty happy not jumping PROFESSIONALLY anymore because of all the travel involved and having to stay in STRANGE BARNS cause lots of em are not 5 or even 4 STAR RATED.
