A traditional style newspaper with a number of different sections. The main sections include HIPS, Commercial Property, Finance, Technology, Employment, Lettings and ofcourse Estate
Agency. There were some interesting articles within the publication and the newspaper was clear concise and well written. There was not an over kill amount of adverts within the newspaper but we shall see if this changes over time when the newspaper coverage and circulation increases.It will remain to be seen how this newspaper fairs against the more established rivals in the market including Estate Agency News and the relativly new but hugely popular quirky SQM magazine. Driving Through Twickenham 2007-03-02 18:52:00 I was taking a drive through Twickenham a couple of days ago and I was just looking around at some of the property I was driving past and thinking thats nice, thats nice, thats nice. Demand for Rental Property on the Rise 2007-03-02 18:47:00 Tenant demand for residential property is rising at its fastest pace for nine years, according to a new survey that will bring much-needed relief to Britain's many landlords.Landlords have faced several sluggish years in which rents barely moved in many parts of the country, despite the rapid growth in house prices.
