Hillary and Osama?
2008-04-22 01:44:00
Hillary Clinton released a new ad which was a montage of crisis' that the US has faced throughout modern history. Osama Bin Laden had a two second clip in this video, and I'm sure the far left bloggers are crying foul. Look at the video for yourself. I see nothing wrong with the video. It doesn't mention Obama at all so we'll all say that Hillary is throwing the oven at Obama now.

10 Million Dollars in 24 Hours
2008-04-23 23:14:00
This is unbelieveable, Hillary Clinton has reported on her website that she has raised 10 million dollars in 24 hours. Last night before midnite Clinton had reported raising 2.5 million. 80% of the donations came from new donors. Obama now needs to watch out. This clearly shows that the democrats aren't ready to end this race even though the media is trying to shove Obama down our throats. These donations just show that WE WILL NOT BE BOUGHT. Great job Hillary.

O How We Complain About Victory
2008-04-23 23:06:00
With the Pennsylvania primary over with the results are in, and all the damage is Hillary Clinton’s fault. The New York Times wrote a scathing editorial about the Pennsylvania primary mostly directed at Clinton. It is amazing the comparisons one can make about The New York Times, and Hillary Clinton. Majority of America despises them, and their tactics are at times questionable, so I find it funny that the times would try to fault Clinton for the campaign she ran in Pennsylvania when the Time’s judgment and business practices come into question all the time. Could it be that the Times see themselves in Hillary Clinton, and it worry’s them about what they’ve become. Probably not, but I see it as again the far left groups being too weak when it comes to competitions. I just fail

Analysis of the Pennsylvania Primary
2008-04-23 00:01:00
One more primary is over, and this nomination battle is going on for atleast another two weeks until May 6th when North Carolina and Indiana hold their primaries. Looking at the exit polls from Pennsylvania it had suggested that the race would be close. Lets take a look at a few.If we look at how voters voted today based on gender it shows that Clinton captured 48% of the male vote, and captured 57% of the female vote. Clinton's base has been with female voters and she continued to hold a strong lead with females. Barack captured 52% of the male vote, and 43% of the female vote. If he wants to overtake Clinton he is going to have to cut into her base of female voters. Obama captured the youth vote, which was expected by carrying 61% of the 18-29 block, and he also captured the 30-44 block

2008-04-22 19:56:00
NBC news has just projected that Hillary Clinton will win Pennsylvania . There is about 3% of the vote in right now and Hillary Clinton is keeping her lead. At this time Clinton is leading 60,374 to Obama's 53,412. Clinton is staying competitive in the Philadelphia area. She needs to stay competitive in that area to keep Obama at bay.

CNN Sued By Chinese People
2008-04-26 18:05:00
CNN anchor Jack Cafferty has ticked off a few Chinese citizens. Cafferty was referring to Chinese exports as “junk”, and described the nation as “goons and thugs”. What’s funny is Cafferty is right. China is the largest country with human rights violations and they want to complain about our free press, and our right to free speech in our country. A Chinese citizen has the audacity to then sue one of our media outlets for comments made in America. A foreign Ministry spokeswoman had this to say about the comments. “We are shocked at, and strongly condemn, the vicious remarks against the Chinese people. We solemnly demand that CNN and Cafferty retract his vicious remarks and apologize to the whole Chinese people.” I’m violently ill thinking that CNN would even have to ac

Wright Is Not Good For Obama
2008-04-29 16:09:00
The Reverend Wright issue just won't go away for Obama . Yesterday Wright spoke to the National Press Club, and vigourously defended his statements. Wright then created more of a firestorm for Obama, when Wright flat out accoused him of "saying what he has to say as a politician". Thats damaging for Obama, but then again I already knew this about Obama. I wish this country to wake up that Obama is just like every other poliitician and the more this country realizes this the more we will be able to assess his viability as a candidate. Today Obama has clearly distanced himself further from Wright. Understandably Obama is "outraged" by his ex pastors statements, but at this point it's too little too late for Obama. Obama can say he didn't hear these comments that Wright said until it was

Hillary is Entering the No Spin Zone
2008-04-29 22:59:00
Our girl is going on the O' Reilly Factor on Wednesday. This will mark her first interview. This could potentially be dangerous for Clinton, but we'll only know by watching the show. I have to say though, Fox News has been a Clinton ally this election cycle for the obvious reasons, but it makes me wonder if this is a trap.

What Changed About Reverend Wright
2008-04-29 22:44:00
I wrote a small piece earlier about the recent firestorm over Jeremiah Wright , but the more I kept thinking about the situation I had more questions. What has exactly changed about Reverend Wright that Obama now feels the need to disown him? Nothing has changed about Wright. He is the same person as before. He has made the SAME EXACT COMMENTS, and why does Obama need to disown him now. I suppose it's because he thought his speech on race was going to just end the contreversy then. Well Wright will stay in the media again, and who knows if this would even hurt Obama, but we need to start holding Obama to a higher standard. His arguement that he makes a superior candidate is because of his judgment, but he is starting to look just like McBush(McCain), and Clinton. Now that Obama is ba

Indiana is Proving to be Clinton's Chance at Victory
2008-04-29 22:29:00
Recent polls suggest that Hillary Clinton may be able to pull out a win in Indiana . The RCP average has Clinton is ahead by 2.2 points. A PPP poll has Clinton ahead by 8 points. Survey USA has clinton ahead by 9 points. There are a few polls that show Obama ahead, but only by a 1-3 point spread. All poll points are as of 4/28.

Clinton Closing In On Obama In NC
2008-04-29 22:18:00
According to Real Clear Politics the RCP average has Obama up by 10.3, but if we notice that is down recently from a 15 point spread. This number is current as of 4/28. Survey USA has Obama up by 5 points. Rasmussen has Obama ahead by 14 points. If Hillary can keep Obama's win to the single digits and pull out a win in Indiana she will be able to survive another round of contests to go on. She even may get another huge amount of donotions as well.

Clinton Has Erased Double Digit Lead In NC
2008-05-01 11:28:00
New polls released today show Hillary Clinton erasing the double digit lead that Barack Obama has enjoyed in North Carolina. The RCP average has Obama ahead by 7.2. A Mason-Dixon poll has Obama ahead by 7. An Insider Advantage poll has Clinton ahead by 2 points. Survey USA has Obama ahead by 5 points, while Rasmusssen has Obama ahead byu 14 points. As we all know poll numbers are shaky and come election day it could be different. The trend is showing though that Clinton is connecting with voters in NC. Indiana polls are still showing that it's a tight contest between Clinton and Obama. The RCP Average has Clinton ahead by 2.6 points. Rasmussen has Clinton ahead by 5 points. A PPP poll has Clinton ahead by 8 points. Survey USA has Clinton ahead by 9 points. Research 2000 has Obam

Did Obama Have A Sister Souljah Moment?
2008-05-01 01:52:00
Everyone wants to have a Sister Souljah moment these days in politics. Bill Clinton started this phenomenon and now Obama is trying to have his own. While Obama's repudiation of Rev Wright was needed, I hardly think this passes as a Sister Souljah moment. In 1992 Sister Souljah was quoted as saying "If black people kill black people every day, why not have a week and kill white people?". Her comments were geared towards the riots in L.A. at that time, but those comments considerably so scared white people. In order to secure the white vote that would've potentially defected to George H.W. Bush, Clinton had to make a choice. Clinton responded by saying "If you took the words ‘white’ and ‘black’ and you reversed them, you might think David Duke was giving that speech." (David Duke wa

Secret Super Delegate Support?
2008-05-01 01:21:00
The politico is reporting that Obama has won the super delegate battle on capital hill. One of his supporters Sen. Claire McCaskill has stated that "The majority of superdelegates I’ve talked to are committed, but it is a matter of timing”. If that is the case then why don't those super delegates stop being cowards and annouce who they are supporting. It's wonderful that Obama backers in the Senate and House want this contest to be over and have already made up their minds, but the American public clearly is not ready to give Obama the nomination. Seriously at this point I want Nancy Pelosi and Al Gore, and all the other closet Obama cases to come out and just say they want him. I want that to happen so they can realize that their words mean NOTHING. Politicians are fickle, and the

The Mission That Wasn't Accomplished
2008-05-01 01:11:00
Today marks the 5th anniversary of when President Bush hung the banner "Mission Accomplished" stating that "major combat operations in Iraq have ended." Bush made the Iraq war seem as if it was over and we would be moving on, but he was wrong. This war on Iraq has cost Americans over 4000 of their soldiers, and billions if not trillions of dollars. With the Presidential Election taking so much of the news I literally forgot about the incompetant man that is running our country. For a moment I honestly thought we didn't have a President. The man will be out of office in Jan, and you would think that he would be doing his best to clean up his legacy, but i guess he realized that was a lost cause. Today is a reminder that the war in Iraq has to end or it truly needs to be managed by com

The Bonds Have Been Severed
2008-04-30 21:13:00
I’ll promptly name this scandal Wrightgate II. The back peddling of Barack this week is extremely interesting considering he tried to legitimize Wrights comments on his sweeping speech on race. Now that Wright got his revenge on Obama, Barack is now cutting him loose. One has to feel bad for Obama’s grandmother since he threw her under the bus to save Wright. Jeremiah Wright might actually have the power to sink Obama's candidacy. His campaign may not sink in the primaries, but at this point I think his general election bid has just been closed. In Philadelphia, Obama’s speech on race was supposed to start the discussions on how race relations in America can improve. Obama also tried to suppress the public’s outrage about the insidious comments that his former pastor of 20 yea

Will Indiana be Rigged?????
2008-05-06 22:43:00
It is 11:44pm EST and Lake County in Indiana has yet to report any numbers for the election today. Officials are claiming that they will count the absentee ballots before reporting any numbers. While the rest of the state reports partial numbers this county is not following the rest of the state. If Hillary loses the state at this point because of the huge possibility that this election has now been rigged by that county.

Bad Night For Hillary
2008-05-06 18:36:00
R.J Reynolds company just loves me on these voting days because the smoking train is in full effect in my house. Thankfully I am off of work on Tuesdays because I would be a wreck. Tonight will not be the game changing night that Hillary had wanted. At this pointk, Hillary is getting pummlled in North Carolina, and she is winning Indiana at the moment, but not by much. I hate to call this but it's over for Hill. I expect a huge number of super delegates to come out in support of Obama, and put this thing to bed. I will try to have a full analysis on both of the primaries tonight.

Hillary Clinton Wins Big In West Virginia
2008-05-13 20:32:00
Today West Virginia voted, and gave Hillary an overwhelming victory. Even though this is a huge victory for her this does not change the fact that her road to the nomination is at this point is virtually impossible. Hillary is trying to get MI and FL counted and the only way she can get the nomination is by getting those delegates seated, and those votes counted. Hillary needs to stop alienating t

John Edwards Endorses Barack Obama
2008-05-14 22:19:00
Today in a suprise move John Edwards endorsed former rival Barack Obama . I'm not shocked by this endorsement as it becoming clearer that this party just doesn't want Hillary Clinton in it. The need for party unity is causing everyone to throw Clinton under the bus. It doesn't even matter at this point the math is clearly in Obama's favor as it has been since Feb. Clinton can't win, but it is s

Party Unity Will Never Happen
2008-06-01 14:25:00
I had to take a break from blogging and take a step back for the last half of May. I was so furious and upset with the eventual outcome of the Democratic Party primaries. Since taking a backseat to debating politics, and blogging about politics I have been able to calm down and think rationally about whats going to happen leading up to the general election in November. Both Barack and Hillary clai

How Are Obama Supporters Going to React?
2008-06-03 23:13:00
This is a key question now that the primary battle is over. How are Barack Obama 's supporters going to take this victory. If they continue to belittle Clinton supporters, and talk dirty about Clinton I guarantee that Obama will lose come the general election. Granted most Obama supporters will be gracious winners and most Clinton supporters will be gracious losers, but it will depend on the few

Obama Clinches the Democratic Party's Nomination
2008-06-03 21:02:00
After six long months the crowning is officially here. Barack Obama has made history as the first African-American to have a major parties nomination for President of the United States. This is a great moment in history and I'm not here to diminish that. As an African-American I am extremely proud of what I'm witnessing, but can't help but feel he isn't the strongest candidate for the party. Le

Will Gay Marriage Control This Election?
2008-06-03 12:17:00
Who can forgot the drama of the 2004 election when gay marriage was the central issue. That Election cycle the Republicans were successful is using that wedge issue as a central theme to win votes. With the recent California supreme court decision to legalize gay marriage will this issue come up again during this Presidential Electon? It's hard to tell at this point because the gay marriage issu
