Bermuda Triangle 2008-04-02 11:06:15 The Bermuda
Triangle is a strange and mysterious place in the southern Atlantic Ocean. It is roughly the shape of a triangle and it is said to have sucked planes and boats into its dark and murky waters. No one knows what happened to the planes and boats. When some enter the waters of the triangle they disappear forever. In my opinion, people tend to think its a mysterious place where every objects that pass-by the area will be disappeared or in theory, sucked by mysterious force. For me, yes it is mysterious but logically its normal for the natural environment, but just because we were new with that kind of thing we curiously want to know or discover what's the hidden part?I mean we want to know what's the inside of the bermuda triangle. Why its triangle because if we look it from the map

Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a region of the northwestern Atlantic Ocean in which a number of aircraft and surface vessels have disappeared. Some people have claimed that these disappearances fail beyond the boundaries of human error or acts of nature. Some of these disappearances have been attributed to the paranormal, a suspension of the laws of physics, or activity by extraterrestrial beings by popular culture. Though a substantial documentation exists showing numerous incidents to have been inaccurately reported or embellished by later authors, and numerous official agencies have gone on record as stating the number and nature of disappearances to be similar to any other area of ocean, many have remained unexplained despite considerable investigation. The Devil's Triangle 2008-04-04 13:45:27 Many theories have been given to explain the extraordinary mystery of these missing ships and planes. Evil extraterrestrials, residue crystals from Atlantis, evil humans with anti-gravity devices or other weird technologies, and vile vortices from the fourth dimension are favorites among fantasy writers. Strange magnetic fields and oceanic flatulence (methane gas from the bottom of the ocean) are favorites among the technically-minded. Weather )thunderstorms, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, high waves, currents, etc) bad luck, pirates, explosive cargoes, incompetent navigators, and other natural and human causes are favorites among skeptical investigators. There are some skeptics who argue that the facts do not support the legend, that there is no mystery to be solved, and nothing that n Read more: Devil
The Triangle area 2008-04-03 09:10:07 The boundaries of the Triangle vary with the author, some stating its shape is akin to a trapezoid covering the Straits of Florida, the Bahamas, and the entire Caribbean island area east to the Azores; others add to it the Gulf of Mexico. The more familiar, triangular boundary in most written works has as its points somewhere on the Atlantic coast of Florida; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and the mid-Atlantic island of Bermuda, with most of the accidents concentrated along the southern boundary around the Bahamas and the Florida Straits. The area is one of the most heavily-sailed shipping lanes in the world, with ships crossing through it daily for ports in the Americas, Europe, and the Caribbean Islands. Cruise ships are also plentiful, and pleasure craft regularly go back and forth between Flor
Mothman History 2008-04-06 12:30:42 On November 15, 1966, two young married couples from Point Pleasant, named David and Linda Scarberry, and Steve and Mary Mallette, were travelling late-night in the Scarberry's car. They were passing the West Virginia Ordnance Works, an abandoned World Wat II TNT factory, about seven miles north from Point Pleasant, in the 2,500 acre McClintic Wildlife Station, when they noticed two red lights in the shadows by an old generator plant near the factory gate. The stopped the car, and were startled to discover that the lights were actually the glowing red eyes of a large animal. Terrified, they drove toward Route 62, where the creature supposedly chased them at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour. However, as quoted in Keel's The Mothman Prophecies, the Scarberrys, despite driving more than 10 Read more: History
Mothman 2008-04-06 01:47:00 Mothman is the name given to a being reported in the Charleston and Point Pleasant areas of West Virginia between November 12, 1966, near Clendenin, and December 1967. Most observers describe the Mothman as a winged man-sized creature with large reflective red eyes and large moth-like wings. The creature often appeared to have no head, with its eyes set into its chest. A number of hypotheses have been presented to explain eyewitnesses accounts, ranging from misidentification and coincidence, to paranormal phenomena and conspiracy theories.mothman, weird sightings, weird animals, paranormal
Mothman Analysis 2008-04-08 07:54:15 There are several theories concerning the Mothman phenomenon.A large collection of first-hand material about the Mothman is found in John Keel's 1975 book The Mothman Prophecies, in which Keel lays out the chronology of the Mothman and what he claims to be related parapsychological events in the area, including UFO activity, Men in Black encounters, poltergeist activity, Bigfoot and black panther sightings, animal and human mutilations, precognitions by witnesses, and the December 15, 1967 collapse of the Silver Bridge spanning the Ohio River.Keel's first book was the basis of a 2002 film, The Mothman Prophecies, starring Richard Gere, Laura Linney, Debra Messing and Will Patton, directed by Mark Pellington. A companion book called the The Eighth Tower, also released in 1975, was derived f Read more: Analysis

I don't whether this is real or fake because it was pictures slideshow and I can't say its fake or real. I grabbed the video from Youtube.com. It depends on you whether you want to believe it or not because we haven't seen the real footage of Mothman recently. But many people connect Mothman with bad predictions (when we see mothman, bad things will happen in a few minutes after that) and some say Mothman is Angel of Death. Until now, we do not know about the existence of Mothman.mothman, weird sightings, weird animals, weird phenomena, paranormal creatures
Time Travel In Theory 2008-05-05 07:31:39 Some theories most notably special and general relativity, suggest that suitable geometries of spacetime, or specific types of motion in space, might allow time travel into the past and future if these geometries or motions are possible. In technical papers physicists generally avoid the commonplace language of "moving" or "traveling" through time ("movement" normally refers only to a change in spatial position as the time coordinate is varied), and instead discuss the possibility of closed timelike curves, which are wordlines that form closed loops in spacetime, allowing objects to return to their own past. There are known to be solutions to the equations of general relativity that describe spacetimes which contain closed timelike curves, but the physical plausibility of these solutions i Read more: Travel

Time Travel 2008-05-05 03:39:43 Time Travel
is the concept of moving between different moments in time in a manner analogous to moving between different points in space, either sending objects (or in some cases just information) backwards in time to a moment before the present, or sending objects forward from the present ti the future without the need to experience the intervening period ( at least not at the normal rate). Some interpretations of time travel also suggest that traveling backwards in time might take one to a parallel universe whose history could begin to diverge from the traveler's history after the moment the traveler arrived in the past.Although time travel has been a common plot device in fiction since the 19th century, and one-way travel into the future is arguably possible given the phenomenon of time Read more: Time Travel
Tourism In Time 2008-05-06 08:04:22 Stephen Hawking once suggested that the absence of tourists from the future constitutes an argument against the existence of time travel (a variant of the Fermi paradox). Of course this would not prove that time physically impossible, since it might be that time travel is physically possible but that it is never in fact developed (or was cautiously never used); and even if it is developed, Hawking notes elsewhere that time travel might only be possible in a region of spacetime that is warped in the right way, and that if we cannot create such a region until the future, then time travelers would not be able to travel back before that date, so "This picture would explain why we haven't been over run by tourists from the future. Carl Sagan also once suggested the possibility that time travele Read more: Tourism
General Relativity 2008-05-07 12:28:41 The theory of general relativity does suggest scientific grounds for thinking backwards time travel could be possible in certain unusual scenarios, although arguments from semiclassical gravity suggest that when quantum effects are incorporated into general relativity, these loopholes may be closed. These semiclassical arguments led Hawking to formulate the chronology protection conjecture, suggesting that the fundamental laws of nature prevent time travel, but physicists cannot come to a definite judgment on the issue without a theory of quantum gravity to join quantum mechanics and general relativity into a completely unified theory.time machine, time travel, future & past, quantum, machine Read more: General

The "present" view 2008-05-08 09:53:09 Presentism holds that neither the future nor the past exist - that the only things that exist are present things, and there are no non-present objects. Some have taken presentism to indicate that time travel is impossible for there is no future or past to travel to; however, recently some presentists have argued that although past and future objects do not exist, there can still be definite truths about past and future events, and that it is possible that a future truth about the time traveler deciding to return to the present date could explain the time traveler's actual presence is the present. This view is contested by another contemporary advocate of presentism, Craig Bourne, in his recent book " A Future for Presentism" although for substantially different (and more complex) reasons.
Time Travel And The Anthropic Principle 2008-05-12 10:31:24 It has been suggested bu physicists such as Max Tegmark that the absence of time travel and the existence of causality might due to the anthropic principle. The argument is that a universe which allows for time travel and closed time-like loops in one in which intelligence could not evolve because it would be impossible for a being to sort events in a past and future or to make predictions or comp Read more: Travel

Special Spacetime Geometries 2008-05-12 04:38:40 The general theory of relativity extends the special theory to cover gravity, illustrating it in terms of curvature in spacetime cause by mass-energy and the flow of momentum. General relativity describes the universe under a system of field equations, and there exist solutions to these equations that permit what are called "closed time-like curves", and hence time travel into the past. The Time Traveller: Fake or Real? 2008-05-17 02:44:59 This guy claimed that he has met himself in the future. Is it possible to travel in the future or he just wanted to get people's attention by making fake story. He told that he "went to the future" and recorded him and himself at the age 70. Is Time Travel Possible? 2008-05-20 02:49:26 Is Time Travel
possible? Theoretical physicist and 2057 host Michio Kaku explores the possibilities. Some people said Time Travel
is possible because time is relative to an observer based on his position and speed. If you are moving faster, time is slower. Time is the 4th dimension and you have to pass through the 4th dimension to accomplish time time travel. It is the same as time dilation. Read more: Possible
John Titor 2008-05-21 05:00:15 John Titor is the name used on several bulletin boards during 2000 and 2001 of a poster claiming to be a time traveler from the year 2036. In these posts he made numerous predictions (a number of them vague, some quite specific about events in the near future, starting with events in 2004. He described a drastically changed future in which the United States had broken into 5 smaller regions, the e
Outline 2008-05-23 04:48:28 In his alleged online postings, Titor claimed to be an American soldier from the year 2036, based in Tampa in Hillsborough County, Florida who was assigned to a governmental time travel project. He had been sent back to 1975 to retrieve an IBM5100 computer which he said was needed to "debug" various legacy computer programs in 2036; a reference to the UNIX 2038 timeout error. Titor's Posts 2008-05-22 04:21:54 The first post appeared on the Time Travel Institute forums on November 2, 2000, under the name TimeTravel_0. At the time, the posts had nothing to do with future events, and the name "John Titor" was not being used. The posts had to do with time travel in general, the first one being the "six parts" description of what a time machine would need to have to work and responses to questions about how
Time Machine (By John Titor) 2008-05-24 05:12:03 He described the time machine on several occasions. Predictions 2008-05-26 00:23:30 The most immediate of Titor's predictions was of an upcoming civil war in the US having to do with "order and rights". He described it as beginning in 2004 with civil unrest surrounding the presidential election. The civil conflict that he characterizes as "having a Waco type event every month that steadily gets worse: will be pretty much at everyone's doorstep" erupts by 2008.Titor claimed that a Read more: Predictions
Predictive Failures 2008-05-27 02:02:22 The posts were met skepticism when they were being posted, but it was impossible to prove beforehand that they would not happen. This makes his claims unfalsifiable. The predictions have failed to com Read more: Predictive
Problems with the Technology 2008-05-29 04:55:20 The image of the laser pointer's beam being "bent" has the obvious problem that objects around the beam are not bent.
