At about 11AM PST today, a glitch resulted in Bloglines

Heads-up About Some Planned Downtime – Data Center Move 2008-12-03 17:32:17 As was mentioned yesterday, we’ve been working on migrating Bloglines to a new data center to improve service. Most of the work has already been done behind the scenes. We've set up hundreds of new machines and copied tens of terabytes of data across the US to prepare for the final part of the move.
