Well, back in primary school, I’m not sure if we had a council. However, in secondary school and after, I do recall having a student council. I’m not sure if England’s school council is the same as our student council but based on the phrase, the purpose is somewhat the same.

These companies usually advertise positions that may or may not already exist on the newspapers. And when you call to enquire, they'd arrange a date with the applicants to conduct an interview. After that you leave your application and resume with them till they find a suitable position for you.
This process can take days, to weeks and even months. Throughout this period of time, you're left in suspense not knowing if the job you intended to apply for actually exist or not. Apart from that, once you get the position, whether or not it's actually suitable, you're still required to pay an introduction fee.

You need to think of user-ids quite often. For example, if you wish to create an email, you need to think of a user-id. If you wish to create an account in a forums or portal-based environment, you will also need to think of a user-id. So what do you use as your user-id, most of the time?
By the way, this is just my ridiculous theory, not proven whatsoever.
For a guy (not all guys) it's simple. If their names and nicks aren't available, they'd just simply create a user-id with whatever name or word that pops into their mind.

I don't think I dislike him that much anymore. I still think he is clown-y just like everyone else, but apart from that, he isn't really that bad.

Usually you'd get affect by things or people that hold a certain value, and not things or people that hold no value whatsoever. That should be the way things are. In fact, that's IS the way things are.
If you get affect by something or someone, you should really consider the reason behind it. There's a high chance the reason is because it/he/she still holds a certain value to you.
So, if you insist that "it's the past", "it's something you want to forget" and move on. Then, why are you affected? You shouldn't.
Hating something or someone still adds a value to the item or person, but hate itself only brings harm and not a cure. If you thing this thing or person doesn't deserve any value and want nothing to do with it/him/her. Hate shouldn't exist either.
No one is a saint, but why allow yourself to be tormented by something or omeone of no value?

What can I say, the word "insurance
" basically accompanied me throughout the past 22 years of my life.
How so? Well...
My mum has been working in the insurance industry for almost 30 years odd, even before I was born. She started off as a mere clerk, finally, after years of hardwork, she's now a director of the insurance firm. So basically, "insurance" paid for my daily needs all these years.
Unfortunately, even though insurance accompanied me throughout these years, my knowledge towards insurance was never indept. Even during my school holidays, back when I was 16, while working for my mum's friend, who was also an insurance agent, I still didn't pick up much knowledge.
Even though not much knowledge was absorbed, throughout the 2 months working there. I came to the conclusion. Basically, "insurance isn't my cup of tea!"

Every minute of every day, we're striving hard, trying to make more money to maintain our expenditure. I've came to realise something about myself. The more money I make, the more I spend. Thus, it seems, money is never enough.
Sigh.
It's almost the end of the month, and my current accounts are almost empty. As I look at the stack of bills, piling up, unsettled. I feel a sudden sense of tension building up at the back of my mind.

She messaged asking him exactly how many Friendster accounts does he have (with a " :P " at the end of the sentence), and I replied on his behalf, "Why does it concern you?"
The thing I don't understand is why I'm so pissed off about it? After reading the message, the first thought that came into my mind was, "SLUT"!

Let me share with you something interesting about my "nanny". Whenever he starts to stress up, he starts talking relatively fast and unclearly. It becomes really difficult to understand what he's saying, which isn't a good thing. Thus, whenever that happens, I try to make him laugh (even if it means having to "suan" myself). The purpose for making him laugh is to allow the mind to focus on something less stressful. Thus, he's panic mode tends to tone down and he regains his normal speech. - This is my theory, but apparently it works, so I'm sticking with it!
