It is so simple and easy to use. It is safer than anything on the market and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to use it. It has all kinds of different handrails you can put on it, depending on the degree of safety you or your organization requires. This product is so cool to use it would win you over if you climbed on it. I love using mine.
