Many of you think that submitting to directories does not work. Well not if you submit to the right directories and the right directories are the ones that are relevant to your site by topic or category. Lets say I have a site about Migraine Treatment, so I need to find most relevant directories to submit my site to in order to increase my site’s overall rating. So for this SEO I would go to Google and search for “add url” + keyword. Basically search for sites that contain add url and are about the keyword. You end up with a great list of sites where you can submit to. You might also consider searching for “submit site”, “submit url”… etc instead of “add url“. In the last couple of weeks I had a large number of people calling me up and asking for help setting up their Google Adwords campaigns so that they can start driving traffic to their survey sites. In order to save me time help you guys out there, I have decided to put together a couple of camtasia videos to help you with Adwords. So hopefully by next week these camtasia videos will be up. I am just not sure how much I should charge for these videos. Normally I charge people $65 per hour and roughly it takes me just as long to help someone with their Google AdWords, so the cost for this camtasia videos will be around $60-$65. HostGator web hosting to replace 3ix

Something went wrong with the server at 3ix and it took them3 days to get back to me. Normally they would respond within half an hour as they supposed to. I think the problem began as they started to outsource their support to India. So I went to look for a different hosting. The one that has good ratings and has been used by people I know. A whole bunch of people recommended HostGator . So after reading numerious reviews, HostGator is what we switched to. HostGator is a much bigger company then 3ix and they take their clients very seriously. We got a $9.95/month plan that allows us to host unlimited number of domains and has all the cPanel features. I havent had any problems with them yet (hope I wont) and they have been very fast with their response to all my questions. So I am very please with their service and would recommend their services. I decided to make a post to prove that more specific (geographically) search terms are much easier to optimize for just by natural optimization which I happen to be SEO Expert of. So for example, search term SEO Expert Brisbane after this post should appear in positions 1-4 in google and msn where as SEO Expert Australia should appear positioned 3-10 in google and msn. You are probably wondering why I am so sure about this. Well, I am not 100% sure, but this is just a prognosis based on the work I have done so far. I figured that if a search term has less then 300,000 competing sites in google (just like seo expert brisbane) then its usually fairly easy to get in the top 10 as most of the sites are structured incorrectly or have no idea about seo all together. Some of your might know about Google Slap. For those of you who do not know, Google slap is when your adwords campaign cost per click is raised to ridiculous prices. The main reason for that is the relativity of the keyword within your google adwords campaign to your site. You see, google wants the internet as neat as possible. I know its ridiculous when you are actually paying for those words. Well the solution is creating additional pages for your site with that extra content and links to and from relevant sites. Having privacy policy, disclaimers and copyright on your site also helps. Not sure if you noticed or not, but when you publish a brand new page, copyright and disclaimer pages always get listed first. A feature in google adwords that can help you with best with keeping keywords relative to your site is called “quality score”.
