Torchwood Series 3 confirmed 2008-07-06 15:18:54 Yes it has finnaly been nailed down secure that Torchwood will be returning to our screens in 2009. Series 3 will see the show maybe running a 5 episode series over the course of a week, 1 episode every night for a week.
