Today is D-Day 2008-03-04 17:20:00 I finally get my dog.In other news, I am sick with the flu and didn't go to work today. Because I have one of the managers set of keys she couldn't get into work today. She was pretty pissed at me when I rang up. I've been offering the keys back to her for about a week to get them cut because she wanted to get her own set cut. BUT NO! Ubuntu easy as pie, says I 2008-01-11 23:53:00 So far anyway. Just ran the live CD, and I've connected to the wireless without much stress. Pretty sleek looking, a bit slow, but that may be because I haven't installed it yet. Startup seemed very slow, especially compared to windows, but that could possibly be due to the fact I haven't installed it.And I think I may end up installing it, just for something different. Despite the lack of Photoshop and other handy programs (although I can always dual boot), I'm still quite happy with it. If I find after I install it that it does run well, then i'll definitely keep it.I think that's it. I'm just happy I got it working. NOW to screw around with settings.I also must add that the effects are very snazzy, this may be an old pc but it has a decent graphics card. Hurray for Ubuntu

I've been looking forward to going to the gym since getting up here, but alas... it was not going to be so.I got into the car with Jose and we were about to go, then she asked me if I left the car open last night.
