Boot Camp; Week 1, Day 4 2008-03-07 17:54:00 You guys...I am doing it!! I am like an exercise addict now and did you know that on Wednesday I had earned 6 activity points! I didn't need to use them and actually only used 23 points that day but WOWzer on my activity points!

Boot Camp; Week 1, Day 2 2008-03-05 12:28:00 For those that watched my videos "Bev's Got a Secret" you saw that I started my 12 week "Boot Camp
" yesterday. Yesterday was mostly a day of planning and getting everything together and today, even though it was Day 2, was actually the start as far as a scheduled day and rigorous exercise goes.
I woke at 630am to begin my day with water and cooking a big breakfast. I will be trying to log
11th Week Weigh-In 2008-03-03 17:14:00 I didn't exercise at all this past week, which is quite a change from Week 10 where I exercised for 5 days lol. So I need to get with it and exercise this next week, Week 12!
I did manage to lose though! I lost:
1 pound!!!!!!!!
That brings me down to 178 pounds and a total of 7 pounds gone thus far! I hope to see a bigger loss next week and some exercise!

Bev's Spaghetti Sauce 2008-03-01 17:53:00 I invented this recipe the other night and the sauce was sooooo yummy and good! My husband even commented how good it was and my daughter ate a lot, which at 4, is a miracle lol!

The Devil Made Me Do It!!!!!!! 2008-02-27 17:28:00 So I had gone a while without having any red meat, I was craving a burger so bad yesterday! I made dinner for my family, "healthy" sloppy joes and was going to eat one myself. I took a bite and couldn't even stand to chew it......so the trash ended up getting that!

10th Week Weigh-In 2008-02-25 14:30:00 I worked out every day this week since Tuesday like I promised (with the exception of Sunday as my rest day) and I ate decent enough too! However, TOM is here and I'm bloated but somehow still managed to lose:
1 pound!!!!!!

I just got in my workout and did a high intensity 10 minute carb burner DVD and it was so fast I almost fell over hehe. But I was drenched in sweat when done and starving......felt like I burned all my food up! So workout is done for today and tomorrow is my rest day and I have worked out for 5 days in a row just like I said I would!

Friday Day 4, Week 10 2008-02-23 01:10:00 Oh what a WONDERFUL workout I had tonight! It felt like "old times" when I was a workout-aholic lol. It was hard to stop because it felt so good.....I really love to weight lift, I think I would rather do that any day than do cardio!

Thursday Day 3, Week 10 2008-02-21 22:55:00 Today was another good day, except for the fact that there is something wrong with my body.
