At Last ....Finally, I can move on from my helper episode.Firstly, my mother's money cannot be found as we have no evidence against her.Secondly, she had admitted that she stole my valuables and sentenced to 2-3 weeks' jail.Thirdly, on tuesday, she was already out of the jail and had to be repatriated back.On Tuesday, I received a call from Immigration and asked me for her air ticket. I asked my agent to purchase and at the same time, cancel her work permit.Yesterday, my agent came over to my office to collect her passport from me, and to bring it over to the ICA.Today at 1pm, she will be deported back.Frankly speaking, it was never my intention to put her behind bars as I just want her to speak out about the stolen money, but too bad, the police said it was two separate issues.Anyway, I a

ToughWhen I said it's tough, it does not mean I cannot handle my children. When I am prepared to be a SAHM or WAHM, I already know what's in store for me and I know I can manage them well. But only because of late my boy is behaving so weird, that makes my task so tough. As I mentioned before that he had no night feed anymore but strangely, he had been waking up for milk feed these few nights.Yesterday he woke up at 4am and 6am, kept crying for milk. In order not to wake my hubby and girl up, I had to give it to him. Lucky after the feed, he went back to sleep again...but it will mean not enough rest for me.Hope saturday will come soon ...

UpdatesI sincerely thank everyone for their well-wishes and concern :) I hope I did not scare you all away by my previous post. Here are my happenings these past few days ....1 Mar 2008 (Saturday)Boy was on crying spell since friday night. We wonder why. Thought he might be having nightmare and monitoring him. Due to lack of sleep, I felt rather unwell and thought of going to the doctor on sunday as after I took some medicines these few days, I was still not feeling better.2 Mar 2008 (Sunday)Boy's condition was not getting any better and hubby decided to bring him another review.I was still feeling rather ok but weak and girl tagged along with me. While waiting for my turn, I felt something weird. I thought I was seeing stars and rested for a moment. I mentioned to the GP about it and he t

Very SickI feel very weak and sick.Went to see doctor this morning. While making payment over at the counter, I fainted. The first thing when I woke up was asked, "Where is my daughter?"Hubby was at the other clinic with boy as that clinic could use the baby bonus account.I do not know who helped me and I sincerely thank whoever had helped to carry me to the clinic's sick bed.Right now, I am resting and hope to see u all soon. Will reply all comments when I am feeling better. Thanks.I will be back.

I Don't UnderstandMy boy's health often causes us to worry. We have given him plenty of water, fruits & vegetables, change milk powder before, yet he still suffers from constipation. He can go without poo-ing for one whole week !Yesterday we could see his tummy quite bloated and he was trying hard to poo, but just couldnt. And he was still running a fever. After dinner, hubby decided to bring him to the GP once again. The doctor had no choice but to give antibotics and he also put suppository for him to pass motion.Poor boy, the whole week of motion came out - 4 big big ones !He is really suffering ... we really feel heartpain for him ...This is why I refuse to put him in the childcare as I want to take care and shower alot of care to him. This is the least we can do as we really do not k

4th Day Of CNY & Pasir Ris Day 3 Chalet Stay (3D2N) (10th Feb 2008)Just want to conclude our chalet stay.We had fun and enjoyed ourselves as a family. I had wanted to bring them for a swim in the morning before we checked out, but our dear little girl missed home and wanted to go home immediately after our breakfast.Aiya, must wait till next time then we can have fun in the swimming pool. As you can see from the above photo, it looked fun if you were to submerge yourself down the pool.Anyway, at around 8.30am, we checked out and said good bye to our chalet. The stay during the chalet was our most enjoyable days for this Chinese New Year, as after that, you know what had happened.

3rd Day of CNY & Pasir Ris Day 2 Chalet Stay (3D2N) (9th Feb 2008)It's going to be a Wild Wild Wet day !!Hmm...not sure if the weather was too hot or he was scared off by the huge water playground, boy become rather grouchy and clingy to me. Everything he also did not want to play. The only thing he wanted was to sit down and see the Big Yault.Bo bian and I asked Daddy took girl to go around to play, do not want to spoil her mood. Why boy liked this Big Yault was because once it was filled up with the water, there will be a "ding ding ding ......" to warn you that the water would be splashing down anytime ....He was only interested in this. Anyway, I am not an adventurous person and so I enjoyed myself with him sitting on my lap, watching the whole procedure over and over again. I like t

2nd Day Of CNY & Day 1 Of Pasir Ris 3D2N Chalet Stay (8 Feb 2008)We had our lunch at home and set off to Pasir Ris Downtown East at 1.30pmBut before going there, we detoured to pay a visit to FIL. The check-in time was after 2.30pm and timing was just right.I think because it's long holidays, there were alot of people staying in the chalet too. Very crowded when we checked in.This is where we will be spending our 3D2N.From the view of our room, we could see some parts of the Wild Wild Wet.We shall be going the next day :)Look what I brought for my children to spend the time.Opps!! Paiseh, she was colouring halfway when I asked her to stop for awhile for me to snap. :pThis is one of my son's favourite toy aeroplane. That would keep them busy for some time while I unpacked the stuffs. Sm

Taking MedicineLook at the all medicines which are lying the table. Each time we gave medicine to our boy, he would take it and say, "Nice"-_-""Yesterday in the middle of the night at about 4am, he woke me up and asked for milk. I gave to him and fed him the fever medicine as he was still having fever. The GP mentioned to daddy if his fever still cannot subside after 2-3 days, most probably he had to be on antibotics. So we are monitoring his condition.====Yesterday afternoon, our princess gave daddy a hard time during medicine time. She refused to take the antibotics after negotiating for 30 mins. Daddy had no choice but to threaten to use cane. What she had replied to daddy, left him sparing the rod.She told him, "You can cane me"She rather get caned than to take the antibotics.-_-"""

My TurnSad to say, yes .... it is my turn to fall sick.Yesterday when I got home, I feel my whole body aching and was having a bad sore throat and slight running nose.Hubby asked me to rest and so I did not do any laundry. Took some medicine and rested. The children were also drowsy and sleepy and so they slept rather early at 9pm.After resting, I felt abit better and did some ironing. But do not worry, I believe I will recover soon as my children need me very much. Next week will be a new chapter in my life and I must get well soon.

His TurnI made a trip to school to inform the teacher of girl's condition. She may be skipping school for this whole week and I had withdrawn her from the Botanic Gardens outing. Her cough was getting more persistent and bad yesterday night. I was really worried bronchitis may attack her again and suggested hubby to bring her to GP today as he was on leave. This morning I woke up to find my boy's body warm. Not really surprised as I expect he should have gotton it from his sister, and he was also coughing way. However, just feel rather down as so many happenings lately.Girl's un-cooperative-ness of taking the antibotics and boy's michievious antics had left hubby blood boiling. At this point of time, no energy to cool him down as kids are kids, you ought to understand this.

Busy EveningMy girl hates the taste of antibotics and everytime we had a hard time coaxing her.Yesterday, after much persuasion and negotiation, she unwillingly took it, drank plenty of water...yucks! yucks!! she kept on complaining. Then suddenly she puked on the sofa!I was in the bathroom doing laundry when I heard the commotion and quickly dashed out. Daddy wanted to clean her up in the bathroom, and on the way she puked again on the floor. We had a busy time cleaning up the mess on the sofa, floor and her and glad that boy did not disturb us as he played on his own.I continued to do laundry, including the sofa cover. Hubby helped to bath the two kids after he had done the mopping. Girl fell asleep while we were still busy with the chores. Poor girl, she must be feeling rather uncomfort

Fever PersistedAt 2.30am, her high fever came back again. Hubby gave her the fever medicine and I monitored her temperature every hour. I was relieved that it subsided after the medicine took effect.I took a half day to bring girl to GP in the morning and Boy tagged along with us. As expected, viral infection and needed to take antibotics.Brought them back home to rest before going over to mum's place for lunch. Lucky the weather was good as both my shoulders and hands were occupied with their stuffs & mine, and holding their hands. Fed them porridge and waited till my niece returned from school, then I left for work. Before I left, my girl was still running a slight fever.Called back around 4pm to check on her. Fever came on and off. I think I will let her skip school for one more day.glit

TornI was torn between taking half day to bring my girl to the GP and protecting my dad's stand.Lately, there were too many issues happening in the office and I feel the pressure. The pressure of not being around in the office and "they" will make noise at my father, as I am the main support for the operation side. The pressure of my dad being mocked when "they" know the news I am leaving. But don't they understand?? I am still working for them but only partime, and also I will be helping/working from home should they need me. The replacement staff will be based in office to assist me. (Anyway, no replacement hired yet)Ohhh .... can they please listen and understand what I want to say ???Anyway, they are old-fashioned men and they just.do.not.listen.Girl will be skipping school tomorrow as

High FeverThe virus bug was here. Girl was quite abit feverish during saturday evening, alongside with slight cough. She was quite okay after taking the medicine in the night and today morning.Even though she was sick, she was so sweet to help us out in the chores. She assisted to vacuum and mop the floor. No matter how we asked her to rest, she insisted. Our obedient and helpful little girl. However, her fever came back again the late afternoon and shot up real high. Her whole body was hot. We sponged her but no use. So we decided to use suppository. Although the temperature subsided, we were still on alert. Will bring her to visit the GP tomorrow as she had finished her medicine.Hope the fever will not come back again in the middle of the night.

Chinese New Year CelebrationToday marks the end of the Chinese New Year.My girl's school is having a celebration at the CC today and she is involved in the performance. Well, not only her actually but all her classmates will go on stage to sing.MIL was not free today and so I took a day off. My mum went to Thailand to pray and we were unable to celebrate Papa's birthday. We will have to wait for her to return from her trip. However, this morning, while on our way to the CC, we saw my Papa burning incense paper and I asked Anthiea to greet him and hug him to wish him happy birthday :)Hubby was on leave too ! ^_^ So we brought Zenden along to watch his sister's performance. We were so proud of our little princess when she went on stage together with her classmates. She stood at the centre, s

A Dream Coming True .... Yet So FarI have yet found a replacement. All backout at the last minute given the same reason.I have already discussed with my hubby and we can still survive and breakeven IF I had a partime job. So since I could do partime accounts, I am ready to be a SAHM.However, as I cannot find any replacement, I cannot just resign from my position. That means so long no one accepts the job, my dream will not come true. My mum kept on harping on the fact that I can enrol my boy in the childcare, and my dad will not have such headache.Hey, I am also equally stressed up as I am doing all the recruitment and interview, not him. Besides, the maid issue has been still hanging as investigation is ongoing. I want to move on from it but cannot. Is it so hard to get some one to replace

2.5 Years OldTime slipped away quietly as my lovely boy turned 2.5 years old today. He has been speaking a lot in sentences and posing questions, like"What’s that?""Why you cry?"And he is not afraid of anything !!!Hubby said I will have a bodyguard when I stay home because our little boy is so daring enough to kill an insect. Smack with his tiny palm and showed it to us. Yucks! He even dares to come close to cockroach - his mummy’s no.1 enemy. -_-"When he sees lizard, he will say, "Go away!" at the same time using newpaper to shoo them. Then when he did not see one, he will call out to them saying " L-i-z-a-r-d " @_@"I told my younger brother that Lizard is his best friend. Ha ha!====He is still not interested in learning how to hold a pencil. So I just let him be ... let him to have fu

Racing Against TimeHubby and me have been looking at our balance sheet. Other than doing partime, we hope we can earn some extra income through writing paid posts. However, as my page rank is low, the job opportunity seem lesser. Just hope more paid jobs and advertisments will come our way.Close friends and hubby sisters are pouring their concern through calls and SMSs to us. We really appreciate. My MIL can only help us for another week and so hopefully, there will be hope in the recruitment tomorrow.

For The First TimeMy younger brother came "bai nian" to me for the first time ! :)Maybe he came with an intention of giving me moral support at this tough time. His girlfriend was here too. Thanks for coming! I really appreciated their presence. We ordered pizza for our dinner and chatted about the recent happenings. He showed me one video clip which best described the feeling when I found the label.I hope we could find the money and embrace like them.

Coming From All DirectionsI feel stress .. pressure ... everything coming from everywhere. My mum is giving me just too many pressure ... I understand her urgency to recover her money and I am doing my utmost to help which may incur more loss ...I have placed advertisement for my position ... 3 promise to come for interview yet none turned up. All because of the location. What to do ...I hope to get a closure of the case as I am mentally drained. I have to make a trip to the police station later again.I hope to see sunshine ...

Spot The DifferenceSlavemom highlighted a point which I felt that it's an oversight of my part in parenting. That is to follow the instruction when comes to doing homework. If you still can remember that my girl's teacher ever complained and wanted to see me, I feel that I should ask her to re-do the writing as I would not want the teacher to reprimand her for not doing the work properly. When I asked her to re-do, she did not protest as she could remember the complaint incident. And with encouragement and support from us and her little brother, she re-done it on Monday night. Can you see the difference ??I am just so pleased with her.Thank you Slavemom for the enlightenment! :)

Replacement UpdateI have already confirmed one matured lady who promised that she will turn up tomorrow. She stays nearby the workplace area and needs about 5-10mins walk. So I am sure she is familiar how the workplace environment will be liked.Hopefully she will work long in the company.Ok, my plan is go to office about 1-2 times per week to do the accounts and helping to clear the admin paper work if there is any backlog as she is still new to the job. And if there are any urgent issues which she cannot handle, I will support her at home, doing the paper work and email back to her. Or if anyone needs urgent quotation and yet no time to explain to her, they can always call me and I will do it at home.As school reopens next week, I will be back to working afternoon half day, clearing my lea

School Holiday HomeworkIt's the start of a week school holiday and my girl came back from school last friday, with a homework to be completed for the March holidays.Writing her name! She asked her daddy to teach her and as you can see, the first line was written by her daddy holding her hand. When I saw it, I requested daddy to refrain doing it as our girl had already known how to spell her name and one look from it, teacher will know it was not done by her. So...the rest of it, she completed by herself. And she finished on the friday night as she was too excited about it! Hehehe....Good huh? =)

On The Recovery PathMy girl had finally recovered from her cough after two weeks. But she had a slight tummy ache last wednesday which I allowed her to skip school the next day, fearing that her daddy had spread the stomach flu virus to her. Brought her to the GP (again) and she had to take some colic medicine. My boy had recovered from the fever but still having a phelgmy cough. GP said as long the fever had subsided, means the viral infection was under control. Hopefully he will be well and free from medicine soon.Hubby had slowly regained his appetite after a whole week of nausea and diarrhoea (stomach flu) Glad that it had not spread to all of us who are on the recovery path.As for me, I am already well, as compared to last sunday, with just a little phelgmy cough like my boy. Tomorrow
