The “Emergency” Diet

The “emergency” diet, with seven meals per day, is an easy diet that brings weight loss without starvation and may be followed for a week. The “emergency” diet also improves metabolism and eliminate fats easier. This diet is based mostly on carbohydrates, proteins, and low amounts of fats. During a day without too much physical activity, a woman can burn up to forty grams of fat, but the daily fat intake is of seventy percent or more.
