Samsung i560 release date 2007-12-10 07:47:47 Today I received a reply to my question about Samsung
i560 release date from Vodafone. They launch this phone on 18th February 2008. The phone will be available for Pay Monthly customers.

SCH-W240 released in Korea 2007-12-08 12:13:39 Samsung released its new 3G phone in Korea
. The W240 comes with 2Megapixel camera, MP3 music player, Bluetooth, TV-out, MicroSD card slot and many more. Moreover it include the AMOLED display!
The AMOLED phone is available at limited 1000 units, and suggested price is between 500,000KRW and 600,000KRW(about 650$).

introduced new music oriented slider phone
- Samsung F250. First of all, this device should attract nice and stylish design lovers, but unfortunately, the price and quality ratio made some people disappointed. F250 comes with tri band GSM + EDGE connectivity, 1.3 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth and USB. Specially for music lovers it has several buttons on it’s front, for controlling a music player. It has 20MB of built-in memory and MicroSD card slot.
The F250 is equipped with a 2″, 128×160 px, 65K color TFT displayer, a mirror/silver surface design. Phones dimensions are 94 × 46 x 17.5 mm, and it weights 96g.
The phone is planned to be released by the end of this year, or very beginning of 2008. The expected price of F250 is about 266$.

Samsung G800 2007-12-02 07:16:44 By releasing G800 Samsung
made a big step in bringing optical zoom to mobile phones. This phone, which back looks like digital camera, has a 5 Megapixel camera optical 3x inner zoom. The optical zoom is an extremely rare feature on a phone. Nokia N93 did have an optical zoom, but only by bulge at the top of the phone.
The G800 itself is a slider phone which dimensions are 101.5 x 52 x 18.8 m, and the weight is 129g. On the other side of camera you’ll find a 2.4″ 320 x 240 pixel, 262K colours TFT displayer. It has a 110MB internal memory expendable to 4GB through MicroSD.
Besides the camera, SGH-G800 has many other features, including MP3, MIDI, ACC, ACC+, e-AAC, WMA and ASF music player, document viewer (office, PowerPoint, PDF), internet HTML browser and e-mail client .
G800 has 3 buttons on the one of its sides for zooming and taking a picture.

Samsung i560 2007-12-01 12:59:56 The upcoming SGH-i560 is one of the most expected phones. The expected date of release is 4Q, so it should be released quite soon.
The specs of this phones are similar to i550. There are even talks, that i560 is i550 slider version. It’s 3G slider phone, running S60 Symbian 3rd edition OS. It has 240 x 320 pixels TFT, wit 262K colours displayer, 150MB internal memory, expendable through MicroSD and 3.2 Megapixel camera.
The expected price of i560 is €415 ($584).

New backend doesn’t have wavy pattern any more, so it doesn’t remind of N-Series.
